Er kennt nicht einmal unsere Anlage. Der HV-Wechsel war ein Fehler. A HV like many others. Not dubious, but sloppy and impersonal and sluggish. We have this AGM now in the 3rd year and at least the 3rd supervisor. He doesn't even know our facility. The AGM change was a mistake.

The staff are arrogant, unfriendly, and absolutely unprofessional with little competence. No competence among employees in drawing up leases, etc. The staff turnover is enormous. high. Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Verpflichtungen der Hausverwaltung werden gröbstens vernachlässigt. Unreliable, Rude, Incompetent! Disastrous conditions in the house! Complaints are ignored! You wait in vain for a call back. Mails are not answered. Property management obligations are grossly neglected.

Normally you don't get any answers to e-mail inquiries and you are put off by phone. Absolutely no recommendation. The information has already been passed on to the owner.
