★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4Euro für Dürüm. das Fleisch ist Rind. gut geschichteter Spiess mit viel Fett. Das Fleisch war geschmacklich sehr fein, allerdings nicht zart sondern eher zäh und eben sehr viele Flachsen.
wenn einen das aber nicht stört, sehr gut.
die süssliche Sauce passt super.
4 euros for Dürüm. the meat is beef. well layered skewer with a lot of fat. The meat tasted very fine, but not tender but rather tough and a lot of flax.
but if that doesn't bother you, very good.
the sweet sauce is great.
