Kürzlich waren wir bei Hausfabrik weil wir eine Duschwand samt Tür in unser Bad machen wollten. Sofort hat sich eine Mitarbeiterin (Fräulein Linkental) um uns gekümmert.
Sie hat sich wirklich eingehend um unser Problem gekümmert, uns bezüglich des verpfuschten Gefälles beraten und wie wir das bestmöglich regeln können. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat, war ihr enormes Fachwissen! Sie wusste anhand kleinster Beschreibungen unserer Bad-Ausstattung sofort um welche Produkte und Modelle es sich handelt.
Sie hat im Nu perfekt passende Lösungen für uns gefunden.
Es ist toll heutzutage noch so freundliches Personal zu finden! Wir kommen sicher wieder, spätestens wenn wir uns das geniale Klo mit Fernbedienung anschaffen!
Alles in Allem - sehr zu empfehlen!

We recently went to Hausfabrik because we wanted to make a shower wall and door in our bathroom. An employee (Miss Linkental) took care of us immediately.
She really took care of our problem, advised us about the botched gradient and how we can fix it as best as possible. What particularly impressed me was their enormous expertise! Based on the smallest descriptions of our bathroom fittings, she knew immediately which products and models were involved.
She found perfectly fitting solutions for us in no time.
It's great to find such friendly staff these days! We'll definitely be back, at the latest when we buy the ingenious toilet with remote control!
All in all very recommendable!

Preis Leistung ist echt top.
Lieferung schneller als prime.
Hab am Sonntag bestellt und am Dienstag war alles da.
Kann die Firma nur weiterempfehlen. Top!

Price performance is really great.
Delivery faster than prime.
I ordered on Sunday and everything was there on Tuesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also kann nur sagen Preis Ok , Lieferung schneller als gedacht. Das einzige was mir fehlt ist der Lieferstatus damit man weiß ob bereits unterwegs oder in Bearbeitung wie bei den meisten.
Also kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen und glaube nicht das gleich so ein Unterschied ist von heute auf morgen.
So can only say price ok, delivery faster than expected. The only thing I'm missing is the delivery status so you know whether it's already on the way or in progress like with most.
So I can't understand the bad reviews at all and don't think that such a difference is overnight.
