★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde diesen Installateur sehr unzuverlässig. Hat meinen Termin 2 mal verschoben und beim Antreffen hatten die Monteure nicht das richtige Werkzeug mit. Eckventil wurde nicht richtig abgedichtet und hat somit getropft und somit mussten die Arbeiter nochmal kommen. Für diese lausige Arbeit hat er mir auch noch eine beträchtlich hohe Summe in Rechnung gestellt. Einmal und nie Wieder!
Find this installer very unreliable. Postponed my appointment twice and when I met the fitters didn't have the right tools with them. Angle valve was not properly sealed and therefore dripped and so the workers had to come again. For this lousy work he also billed me a considerable amount. Once and never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen! Wir hatten Probleme mit unserer Therme (Abgasgeruch, lautes Knallen beim Zünden). Nach der (erfolglosen) Reparatur hatten wir diese Probleme immer noch (am selben Abend haben wir ihn darüber verständigt - keine Reaktion).
Die Installateure haben leider nicht erkannt, dass unsere Therme kaputt ist. Dies, und dass die Therme nach der Reparatur an zwei Stellen noch tropft, musste dann ein anderer Installateur feststellen (nochmalige Kosten).
Sehr enttäuschend! Wir fühlen uns abgezockt.
Not recommendable! We had problems with our thermal bath (smell of exhaust gas, loud bangs when igniting). After the (unsuccessful) repair, we still had these problems (we informed him about it the same evening - no response).
Unfortunately, the plumbers did not realize that our thermal bath was broken. Another installer then had to find out that the thermal bath was still dripping in two places after the repair (additional costs).
Very disappointing! We feel ripped off.
