★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klar, Würth ist sicher kein Discounter - aber die Qualität passt - glaub hier kann man so gut wie alles für den jeweiligen Anwendungszweck empfehlen.
Allen voran gebe ich die 5 Sterne allerdings für die Mitarbeiter - sehr sehr gut geschult, freundlich und absolut um die Anliegen der Kunden bemüht!
Sure, Würth is certainly not a discounter - but the quality is right - I think you can recommend just about anything here for the respective purpose.
Above all, however, I give the 5 stars to the employees - very, very well trained, friendly and absolutely committed to customer concerns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der alte Verkäufer ist sehr aufdringlich, und mühsam. Ich kauf jede Woche was bei würth und zu den würth würde ich nur gehen wenn ich es MUSS und nichts anderes in der nähe finde.
The old seller is very pushy, and troublesome. I buy something from Würth every week and I would only go to Würth if I HAD to and couldn't find anything else nearby.

Was mich jedoch viel mehr beeindruckt hat, ist das Kundenservice. Wurde direkt nach dem Eintreten freundlich begrüßt, als wäre ich langjähriger Stammkunde oder ein alter Freund. Darf ich dir einen Kaffee anbieten oder ein Mineralwasser, Cola, Saft etc.? Was suchst du, kann ich dir helfen oder willst du nur mal so durchschmökern? Sehr angenehme Art, ohne das es aufdringlich wirkte. Da können sich andere Firmen eine Scheibe abschneiden, bzw.könnten diese ihre Mitarbeiter zur Nachschulung betreffend Kundenfreundlichkeit, Beratung und Service zu Würth in Brunn am Gebirge schicken, denn die sind auf diesem Gebiet absolute Weltklasse.

However, what impressed me a lot more is the customer service. Was greeted warmly as soon as I entered, as if I were a long-term regular customer or an old friend. Can I offer you a coffee or mineral water, cola, juice, etc.? What are you looking for, can I help you or do you just want to browse through? Very pleasant way without being intrusive. Other companies can learn a thing or two about this, or they could send their employees to Würth in Brunn am Gebirge for further training in customer friendliness, advice and service, because they are absolutely world-class in this area.
