Wenn die Herren nicht einmal vom Tisch aufstehen und mit Dir eine Unterhaltung über 10 Meter mit Maske abhalten. Ohne sich überhaupt das Auto anzusehen. Also, totale Zeitverschwendung. First sale about 3 years ago great. Today in the Brunn am gebirge branch at SCS. More than disappointing. If the gentlemen don't even get up from the table and have a conversation with you over 10 meters with a mask. Without even looking at the car. So, total waste of time.

Der Preis ist absolut fair und das Geld war am nächsten Tag überwiesen. Besser geht es nicht! Never sold a car so easily. Went very quickly, customer service on site and on the phone very friendly and helpful. The price is absolutely fair and the money was transferred the next day. It doesn't get any better!

Ausreden erfunden, obwohl ich das online Formular sorgfältig und wahrheitsgemäß ausgefüllt habe. Ich verstehe ja, dass man für ein altes Auto keinen Traumpreis bekommt, aber warum dann nicht ehrlich sein und erstmal begutachten bevor man ein Angebot macht. (Ist schon das 2. Auto das ich dort verkaufen wollte, immer das selbe) Attention peasant trickery. On-site staff was polite, but still the "guaranteed" price was not kept. Made up excuses even though I filled out the online form carefully and truthfully. I understand that you don't get a dream price for an old car, but why not be honest and assess it first before making an offer. (Is already the 2nd car I wanted to sell there, always the same)

Unfortunately this time all I received was a very impolite man yelling from his desk 5 meters away, that the offer price online was the final offer and that’s it. Being that I had recently spent a lot of money repairing the car I thought that some negotiation was possible. Total waste of time driving two hours for rude customer service and no agreement.
