★ ★ ★ ★ ★ laut Tel.gespräch mit dieser Firma sind sie Großhändler, das heißt sie verkaufen nur an Firmen und nicht an Private.
Für uns heißt das, wir sind 2-mal dorthin umsonst gefahren.
According to telephone conversation with this company, they are wholesalers, that is, they only sell to companies and not to private individuals.
For us that means, we went there twice in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch wenn eine Firma nur an Großhändler verkauft... Es ist doch bei so einem Unternehmen zu erwarten, dass die Mitarbeiter grüßen können.
Nachdem wir weder begrüßt noch angesprochen wurde, wüssten die Mitarbeiter noch nicht einmal wenn wir Händler wären...
Even if a company only sells to wholesalers ... It can be expected from such a company that the employees can say hello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laut Google Rezessionen gibt es hier für private Kunden eh nichts zu kaufen. Bestätigen kann ich das nicht, als wir dort waren und einiges für unsere Küche und Bad besorgen wollten haben sich die Mitarbeiter vor allem dadurch ausgezeichnet, dass sie sich hinter den Glaswänden im Büro versteckt haben.
According to Google recessions there is nothing to buy here for private customers anyway. I can not confirm that, when we were there and wanted to get some for our kitchen and bathroom, the employees have been particularly distinguished by the fact that they have hidden behind the glass walls in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weniger als einen Stern kann man leider nicht vergeben. Waren Samstag früh die ersten Kunden bei Elements. Nachdem sich eine Mitarbeiterin erbarmte uns zu bedienen kann ich die positiven Erfahrungen absolut nicht teilen. Mein Mann hat quasi das Verkaufsgespräch geführt. Man musste der Dame wirklich alles aus der Nase ziehen. Wenn mir jemand eine Duschwand für 1.400,- verkaufen möchte, sollte doch schon wenigstens ein klein bisschen Motivation zeigen (und das hab ich jetzt noch positiv versucht auszudrücken). Also zusammengefasst: auf dem Preisniveau erwarte ich eine gewisse Qualität - und das war definitiv nichts!
Unfortunately, less than a star can not be forgiven. The first customers were at Elements on Saturday morning. After a coworker took pity on us to serve I can not share the positive experiences absolutely. My husband has virtually led the sales pitch. You really had to pull everything out of the lady's nose. If somebody wants to sell me a shower screen for 1,400, - it should at least show a little bit of motivation (and I have now tried to express positive yet). So summarized: on the price level, I expect a certain quality - and that was definitely nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Service ist leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben knapp 300,- im Voraus für eine Badezimmerplanung gezahlt. Die Beratung hat 3 Stunden gedauert. Das Angebot war dann komplett überteuert. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen ob wir uns vor Ort die angebotenen Produkte anschauen können, wurden wir nur abgewimmelt und es hieß, man kann sich jetzt nicht das ganze Angebot hernehmen und alles durchschauen.
Abgesehen davon war die Visualisierung absolut nicht entsprechend unserer Vorgaben dargestellt. Somit konnten wir uns nicht vorstellen, wie unser Badezimmer aussehen soll.
The service is unfortunately very disappointing. We paid just under 300 in advance for bathroom planning. The consultation lasted 3 hours. The offer was then completely overpriced. After asking several times whether we could have a look at the products offered on site, we were only dismissed and it was said that you cannot now take the whole offer and look through everything.
Apart from that, the visualization was absolutely not shown according to our specifications. So we couldn't imagine what our bathroom should look like.

Kosanovic ist sehr zu empfehlen - wir fühlen uns bestens betreut!!! Die Kosten für die Planung bekommt man beim Kauf der Ware gutgeschrieben - mehr als Fair ?
Incredibly great advice! Regardless of the budget, you get detailed advice with a lot of patience and great tips. Especially Mr. Kosanovic is highly recommended - we feel very well looked after! The costs for planning are credited to you when you buy the goods - more than fair ?
