★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Wir hatten im Internet einen Termin gebucht. Der Verkäufer war physisch anwesend, wir waren ihm aber völlig gleichgültig. Uns wurde kein Platz angeboten und nach 10 Minuten (nicht gefühlt, sondern auf der Uhr gesehen) war er mit uns fertig. Sein Angebot war eine preiswerte 40.000,-Euro Lösung. Woher werden diese Preise genommen bitte? Eine Wärmepumpe ist ja letztlich keine Raketenwissenschaft. Jeder Kühlschrank hat eine eingebaut. Das war ein desinteressierter Abzockversuch. So stelle ich mir einen Flagship store nicht vor. Eines ist für mich sicher: mit dieser Firma will ich nichts mehr zu Tun haben.
One star is still too many. We booked an appointment online. The seller was physically present, but we were completely indifferent to him. We weren't offered a seat and after 10 minutes (not felt but seen on the clock) he was done with us. His offer was an inexpensive 40,000 euro solution. Where are these prices taken from please? After all, a heat pump is not rocket science. Every fridge has one built in. That was a disinterested rip-off attempt. That's not how I imagine a flagship store. One thing is certain for me: I don't want to have anything to do with this company anymore.
