Probleme werden ernst genommen und sofort bearbeitet. Ich muss hinzufügen, dass man mit der Zeit nicht mehr ganz so verständnisvoll ist mit Beschwerden. Es wird nicht wirklich etwas unternommen wenn Mieter sich nicht an die Hausordnung halten. Da werden die Augen zugedrückt und weg geschaut.

Problems are taken seriously and dealt with immediately. I have to add that with time you become less understanding with complaints. Nothing is really done if tenants do not adhere to the house rules. Then the eyes are closed and looked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Makler war von Anfang an ehrlich, transparent und bemüht. Wir haben zwar das Haus letztendlich nicht bekommen, aber es ist alles auf eine faire Art und Weise abgelaufen. Da haben wir im Zuge unserer Eigenheimsuche schon gaaaaanz andere Sachen erlebt. Dafür wollen wir uns gerne nochmal bedanken! :-)
Our broker was honest, transparent and eager from the beginning. We did not get the house in the end, but it all ended in a fair way. Since we have already experienced in the course of our homeowner search gaaaaanz other things. We would like to thank you again for that! :-)
