Nach anfänglich seriös wirkendem Emailverkehr reisten wir 80km pro Strecke zur Besichtigung einer Wohnung an und äußerten unser ausdrückliches Interesse. Einen Tag später war die Immobilie dann trotzdem plötzlich bereits vermietet. Dass es sich um eine Placebobesichtigung einer längst vergebenen Wohnung handelte, kann freilich nur vermutet und nicht bewiesen werden. Handschlagqualität und mündliche Vereinbarungen scheinen bei Just Immobilien nichts Wert zu sein, Seriösität sieht anders aus. Schade um die verlorene Zeit, schade um die leeren Kilometer. Disappointing - otherwise I can not describe my contact to Just. After initially serious-looking email traffic we traveled 80km each way to visit an apartment and expressed our express interest. One day later the property was suddenly rented out. Of course, it can only be assumed and not proven that this was a placebo sightseeing of a long-forgotten apartment. Handshake quality and verbal agreements do not seem to be worth anything at Just Immobilien, seriousness looks different. Pity about the lost time, shame about the empty kilometers.

Just organisiert und ging ohne Probleme über die Bühne. Kann man nur empfehlen. I sold my apartment through Just Immobilien! Super service from evaluation, mediation to handover. Everything was organized by the Just company and went off without any problems. I can only recommend it.

Wir wollten ein Haus kaufen, leider hat es aber mit Finanzierung nicht geklappt . Just Immobilien verlangt die Provision trozt keinem Abgeschlossenen Vertrag. Unsere Zusammenarbeit wurde erst nach 1 Jahr beim Gericht beendet. Wir (einschließlich unsere 3 Kinder) wünschen ihnen viel Spaß mit unserem Geld! Not to be recommended! Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with Just Immobilien. We wanted to buy a house, but unfortunately it didn't work out with financing. Just Immobilien demands the commission despite no concluded contract. Our cooperation was only ended after 1 year at the court. We (including our 3 children) wish you a lot of fun with our money!
