G	Gabriel Ecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist die Hausverwaltung unzuverlässig und chaotisch. Auf Emails werden einfach ignoriert und auf Beschwerden wird sowieso nicht geantwortet. Wenn man etwas braucht ist es nötig mindestens 3 mal anzurufen oder persönlich zu erscheinen. Sogar die Vergabe von Schlüsseln (Keller, Postkasten, Haustür, ...) macht Probleme. Teils werden die Schlüsseln falsch vergeben, oder nur einer und der neue Mieter bekommt die anderen. Nicht zu empfehlen! Leider kann man sich als Mieter die Hausverwaltung nicht aussuchen! Unfortunately, property management is unreliable and messy. Emails are simply ignored and complaints are not answered anyway. If you need something it is necessary to call at least 3 times or to appear in person. Even the allocation of keys (basement, post box, front door, ...) causes problems. Sometimes the keys are assigned incorrectly, or only one and the new tenant gets the others. Not recommendable! Unfortunately, as a tenant, you cannot choose the property management company!

Auch bei der wohnungsübergabe keine Probleme. I cannot agree with the negative rating, so far I am very satisfied. Always received very friendly and competent support. Zurückrufen geht sowieso nicht. Es wird ständig versprochen und vertröstet. Hier sieht man echt wie man ein Unternehmen nicht betreiben sollte. Teilweise auch sehr unfreundlich am Telefon, wundert einen aber nicht. Man wird ja nicht der einzige verärgerte Anrufer sein der sich mit Haus und. Grund herumquält. Leider kann man sich den Makler nicht aussuchen Update: Warte seit 3 Wochen auf eine Reperatur im Sanitärbereich. Hausverwaltung weiß, dass ich kein Wasser zum Duschen habe.
