Nachdem meine Miteigentümer zum Verkauf gedrängt hatten, habe ich das Angebot dann doch angenommen (wenige Tage nach der Annahme hat mich ein ineressierter Käufer persönlich kontaktiert, der bereit gewesen wäre den zuletzt ausgelobten Preis zu bezahlen). relatively quick sale, only the price unfortunately fell short of expectations. After my co-owners pushed for the sale, I accepted the offer (a few days after acceptance, an interested buyer contacted me personally who would have been willing to pay the last price advertised).

Es kommt also manchmal doch auf die Größe an;))) Übrigens ist das gesamte Team sehr zuvorkommend. Danke nochmals! Mr. Gattringer quickly found the right buyer for my somewhat extravagant property. Ich kann diese Firma empfehlen weil ich weiß dass hier alles getan wird um Immobilien schnell und erfolgreich zu vermitteln. Ein gutes Netzwerk und äußerst bemühte Mitarbeiter - sehr gut! Ich habe mir geschworen, nie wieder in ein Haus einzuziehen wo die Hausverwaltung von dieser Firma übernommen wird. Der Respekt der den Mietern entgegengebracht wird ist ungenügend. Die Verträge legen sehr viele Dinge nicht fest, die allerdings z.B. bei Mieterwechsel von de Hausverwaltung als selbstverständig angesehen werden (um nur eine dieser Sachen zu erwähnen). Grundsätzlich erscheint die Firma sehr unorganisiert. Fehler passieren, die nicht passieren dürften. Nie wieder. I lived in an apartment where Remax Linz property management was for 2 years. I have sworn to myself never to move into a house where the property management is taken over by this company. The respect shown to the tenants is insufficient. The contracts do not stipulate a lot of things, which, however, are seen as self-evident by the property management company if there is a change of tenant (to mention just one of these things). Basically, the company appears very disorganized. Mistakes happen that shouldn't happen. Never again.
