Nach der Vertragsunterzeichnung und der Bestätigung des Maklers habe ich meinem Vermieter gekündigt, um mein Zimmer zu räumen. Allerdings schickten sie mir Ende der Woche in letzter Minute eine unklare Nachricht, in der sie sagten, dass sie den Prozess nicht weiterführen können, ohne jegliche Erklärung. Ich habe ihnen 2 E-Mails geschickt und keine Antwort, sie sind unprofessionell und ihr Kundenservice ist sehr enttäuscht. Nicht zu empfehlen I signed a contract with Lifereal and provided all requirements and my personal data. After the contract was signed and the agent confirmed, I quit my landlord in order to vacate my room. However, they sent me an unclear message at the last minute at the end of the week saying they cannot go ahead with the process without any explanation. I sent them 2 emails and no response, they are unprofessional and their customer service is very disappointed. Not recommendable

Nach Monaten erfolgloser Vermittlung wird auch noch eine Provision bei eigenem Abschluss verlangt. Schade, das LIFE-REAL nur an deren Profit und nicht an einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Zusammenarbeit interessiert ist. Aufpassen bei Vertragsabschluss!!!! Unfortunately very disappointed with the service! Basically friendly service at first, but no work was done. After months of unsuccessful mediation, a commission is also required for one's own conclusion. Too bad that LIFE-REAL is only interested in their profit and not in a long-term and sustainable cooperation. Be careful when signing a contract!!!!
