x	xxx gaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann vor diesem Geschäft nur WARNEN! Der Inhaber ist ein Gauner und verkauft gebrauchte Ware, wo z.T. die Software nicht funktioniert. Bei Reklamationen läßt er sich verleugnen, so lange, bis die 6 Monate Garantie abgelaufen sind. Offensichtlich kann er gängige Dinge reparieren, alles was darüber hinausgeht funktioniert nicht. Dann droht er mit sofortiger Anzeige, er ist absolut kunden- und frauenfeindlich in seinen Äußerungen, die ich Gott sei Dank nur telefonisch ertragen mußte. I can only WARN before this business! The owner is a rogue and sells used goods, where z.T. the software is not working. In the case of complaints, he can be denied, until the 6 months warranty has expired. Obviously he can repair common things, anything beyond that does not work. Then he threatens with immediate notice, he is absolutely customer and misogynist in his remarks, which I thank God only had to endure by phone.

Man hat sofort, als man bei der Tür reinkam, gemerkt, dass sich der Angestellte ausgekennt hat und bemerkte den Fehler des Handys sofort. Es ist wirklich nur zum Weiterempfehlen! Innerhalb von nur einer Stunde wurde die Kamera ausgetauscht und nun funktioniert die wieder einwandfrei. Freu mich schon drauf endlich wieder schöne Bilder mache zu können. Yesterday I went to the mobile phone shop Steyr, because with my iPhone 6 the camera did not work anymore. Within just one hour, the camera was replaced and now works properly again. I'm looking forward to finally be able to take beautiful pictures again.

Das Handy das ich kaufte war kaputt, genau wie das Leihandy und die Reparatur war auch unsinnig, denn es wurde nichts repariert sondern nur „gewartet“ wodurch das Problem zwei Tage später wieder da war und ich erneut mit kaputtem Telefon dastehe. Ich schreibe echt ungern schlechte Bewertungen doch das grenzt schlicht weg an Betrug. Very bad shop !! The phone I bought was broken, just like the Leihandy and the repair was also nonsensical, because nothing was repaired but only "waiting" so the problem was back two days later and I stand again with a broken phone. I really do not like writing bad reviews but that just borders on cheating.

Jedoch bei der Beanstandung auf Garantie hat der Chef eine komplett andere Seite gezeigt. Zuerst wollte er gar nicht tauschen, dann hat er das Handy einem Mitarbeiter hingeworfen, er solle den Akku tauschen. Nach 30 min könnte ich das Handy abholen. Leider haben sie den kaputten Akku drin gelassen und ich musste in einem anderen Laden einen neuen einbauen lassen. Lieber Inhaber, so behandelt man keine Kunden!
