Erwarte mir von so einem namhaften Unternehmen schon, dass das Personal so kompetent ist, mir diese Auskunft gleich bei Übergabe zu erteilen. Incompetent staff - brought a negative to digitize to learn 3 weeks later that this is not possible with single negatives. Expect me from such a well-known company that the staff is so competent to give me this information immediately upon delivery.
