★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero star, ordered article never arrived, Many times complained over phone, They never came back to me. No response of any requests. After 2 weeks of fighting I gave it up and ordered the café machine from another shop. Tragical Customer service is in Vienna. They are unable to handle any complaint. Unable to find a package! And they never came back to the customer. What sort of customer care is that? Email sent to kundeservice... as per requested.. it is a shame...
