Zwei Tage später wurde die Ware trotzdem verschickt und jetzt wollen sie die Kosten für die Rücksendung nicht übernehmen. So ist es kein Wunder, wenn alle lieber bei Amazon kaufen. Dass die im online shop angepriesenen Smartwatch in Wahrheit keine richtige Smartwatch sondern eine bloße Pulsuhr ist, sei nur am Rande erwähnt. I have withdrawn from my order in the online shop. The goods were still sent two days later and now they do not want to pay the costs for the return. So it is no wonder that everyone prefers to buy from Amazon. It should only be mentioned in passing that the smartwatch advertised in the online shop is actually not a real smartwatch but a mere pulse watch.
M	Martin Hatzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das nennt man richtig gutes Service! Habe am Montag um ca 17h die Sportbrille mit optischen Zusatzgläsern bestellt. Prognostiziert waren 8 bis 10 Werktage! Am Donnerstag um 11h war die Brille abholbereit! 2 1/2 Tage, das ist wirklich gut! Auch der Preis war sehr gut. Die Beratung ebenfalls erstklassig! Da möchte ich auch festhalten, daß auch in den anderen Abteilungen das Service und die Beratung sehr gut sind. Absolut empfehlenswert! That's what you call really good service! I ordered the sports glasses with additional optical lenses on Monday at around 5pm. The forecast was 8 to 10 working days! The glasses were ready to be picked up on Thursday at 11 a.m. 2 1/2 days, that's really good! The price was also very good. The advice was also first class! I would also like to point out that the service and advice in the other departments are also very good. Highly Recommended!

Today we bought a camera and a new cell phone including accessories for our office at the IAB in Steyr. We received very competent, friendly and courteous advice from Ms. Jana Haider. Verkauft nicht nur das Falsche Produkt zum Preis des Richtigen Produktes sondern schiebt die Schuld dann auf den Kunden der es nur abholen sollte. Ich hab noch nie so eine Inkompetenz erlebt. Absolutely cheek what this customer service is doing in this branch. Not only sells the wrong product at the price of the right product, but then blames the customer who should only pick it up. I've never experienced such incompetence.
K	Kite Kat (Seifenblosngfrast) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin heute zum ersten & sicher letzten mal in dieser Filiale gewesen. Wurde von der Dame am Eingang weder gegrüsst, noch wurde mir Hilfe angeboten. Obwohl ich direkt auf sie zugegangen bin & vor ihrem Tresen stehen blieb, fand sie es nicht der Mühe wert von ihrer "Lektüre" auf zu sehen, lümmelte weiter am Tresen herum. Erst von mir angesprochen, gab sie mir gelangweilt Auskunft. Auch die beiden anderen Verkäufer waren so offensichtlich genervt das "Arbeit auf sie zu kam" , dass mir die Lust am shoppen vergangen ist. Schade um das schöne Geschäft, denn das ist sehr schön, dafür gibts auch den einen und einzigen ⭐ Visited this branch today for the first and probably last time. Wasn't greeted by the lady at the entrance, nor was I offered any help. Although I walked straight up to her & stopped in front of her counter, she didn't bother to look up from her "reading" and continued to slouch at the counter. When I first approached her, she bored me and gave me information. The other two salespeople were so obviously annoyed that "work was coming their way" that I lost interest in shopping. It's a shame about the nice shop, because it's very nice, that's why there's the one and only ⭐

Ich war so begeistert, dass ich gleich drei Brillen genommen habe. ? JEDERZEIT WIEDER! ? So einen netten, freundlichen Mitarbeiter und kompetentes Service kann man sich nur wünschen :D Des Weiteren hatte ich zu meinem Geburtstag die Fotobox, welche es zu mieten gibt. Die ist der Hammer, kann ich jedem empfehlen, der eine Feier plant. I wanted new glasses. I received very nice and competent advice from Mr. Harald Winkler. I was so excited that I took three pairs of glasses straight away. ? ANY TIME! ? One can only wish for such a nice, friendly employee and competent service :D Furthermore, I had the photo box for my birthday, which is available for rent. It's awesome, I can recommend it to anyone planning a party.
