Mit freundlichen Grüßen ! A	Anna B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal wie viel Mal versucht, die Passfotos werden einfach schlecht. Man sieht immer unvorteilhaft drauf aus, sogar die Kinder. Hauptsache, es geht schnell für MitarbeiterInnen. Man könnte sich mehr Mühe geben. No matter how many tries, the passport photos are just bad. You always look unfavorable, even the kids. The main thing, it's fast for employees. You could try more hard.

Meiner Meinung nach ein absolutes Musterbeispiel. So funktioniert Fachhandel heutzutage. I was well advised here. The staff are competent, authentic and very friendly. Super expertise. In my opinion an absolute example. This is how specialized trade works today.

Zum Glück gibt es ja noch einfache freundliche online Verkäufer wie MISTER SPEX , bestellt - bezahlt und geliefert ohne Probleme und passt Perfekt ? Wurde jedoch nie angerufen und bei Rückfrage meinten Sie dass dieses Handy nicht mehr da wäre und ich trotz Anzahlung, diese zurückbekommen könne oder aber auf ein anderes Handy umsteigen könne...(kein so gutes Geburtstagsgeschenk feeling) Unfortunately, I was promised that my cell phone was still in stock and that I would get it within a month. However, they never called and when asked you said that this cell phone was no longer there and that I could get it back despite the down payment or could switch to another cell phone ... (not such a good birthday present feeling)

Früher konnte man sich immer auf kompetente Verkäufer verlassen - leider dürfte der Großteil des Teams neu sein (3 Frauen 40-50). Keine der drei Verkäuferinnen wusste beispielsweise von dem Foliendruckservice für Smartphones in Hartlauerfilialen. Während eine gar nicht wusste, dass es so etwas gibt, sagte die zweite, das gibt es nur einmal im Jahr und die dritte, dass das Gerät kaputt sei ohne eine alternative Filiale zu nennen, wo ich das nun machen lassen könnte. Three times within 1 week there have been three incompetent consultations. In the past you could always rely on competent salesmen - unfortunately most of the team should be new (3 women 40-50). For example, none of the three sales assistants knew about the foil printing service for smartphones in Hartlauer branches. While one did not know that there was such a thing, the second said that it only happens once a year and the third that the device is broken without naming an alternative branch where I could do it.
