★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte auf der Hervis Internetseite nach einer bestimmten Jacke gesucht. Laut Seite, sollte diese in meiner Größe im Laden vorhanden sein. Leider wurde ich dann eines besseren belehrt. Ich war an dem Tag also umsonst los gefahren ist. Man wollte mir dann ein wesentlich teureres Model verkaufen. Für den Hinweis im Netz bekam ich nur ein Achselzucken und den Hinweis, das ich nicht die einzige Kundin an dem Tag war. Vielleicht sollte man einfach mal regelmäßig die Seite überholen. Auch ein erneuter Besuch viel leider genauso ernüchternd aus.
Searched for a specific jacket on the Hervis website. According to the page, this should be my size in the store. Unfortunately, I was then instructed otherwise. I went for free that day. They wanted to sell me a much more expensive model. For the tip on the net I just shrugged and the tip that I wasn't the only customer that day. Maybe you should just overtake the page regularly. A new visit is unfortunately just as sobering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viele Sportartikel auch in sehr kleinen Kindergrößen. Find ich toll da das nicht oft zu finden ist und man bei den kleinen immer einige Geschäfte ablaufen muss um was ordentliches zu finden.
Many sporting goods also in very small children's sizes. I think it's great because it's not often found and you always have to do some business with the small ones to find something decent.

We were well advised by a very friendly employee. And Hervis was the only one in Steyr who had indoor soccer shoes in the required size in stock. ?

Der Mitbewerber schafft das in 10 Minuten und die Montage ist inklusive
Hier hat man noch Luft nach oben.
Solange der Mitbewerber besseren Service bietet, werde ich zukünftig auch wieder dort hin gehen.
Newly purchased skis are not fitted straight away, you have to come back a few days later. In addition, assembly costs extra.
The competitor does it in 10 minutes and assembly is included
There is still room for improvement here.
As long as the competitor offers better service, I will go there again in the future.
