★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier meinen neuen Handyvertrag abgeschlossen den ich sogar 5€ günstiger bekam als es direkt auf der Magenta Homepage ausgeschrieben war. Das Handy zum Vertrag konnte ich am nächsten Tag schon abholen.
Alles in allem super Service und nettes Personal, komme gerne wieder.
Here have my new mobile phone contract I even got 5 € cheaper than it was advertised directly on the Magenta Homepage. I was able to pick up the phone for the contract the next day.
All in all, great service and nice staff, will be back.

Ich habe einen neuen Vertrag abgeschlossen, ich habe extra danach gefragt ob das Internet für das europäische Ausland nicht mehr gesperrt ist... daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass die sperre aufgehoben wurde.
Leider musste ich dann im europäischen Ausland feststellen, daß die sperre noch besteht.
Habe es dann Selbst mit einem Telefongespräch gemacht....
Also nur 3 von 5....
Advice in order.
I signed a new contract, I specifically asked whether the Internet is no longer blocked for other European countries ... then I was told that the block had been lifted.
Unfortunately, I then had to find out in other European countries that the ban still exists.
Then I did it myself with a phone call ...
So only 3 out of 5 ...
