D	Daniel Zuchristian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit meinem Umzug nach Vorarlberg ist der Jack Wolfskin der meines Vertrauens und hier habe ich auch schon einen Hut, Schuhe und Jacke gekauft und werde diesen bestimmt noch einige Male mehr besuchen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich genau um die eigenen Kleidungswünsche und berät sehr gut und mit fundiertem Wissen über das jeweilige Produkt. Das Service bei Beschwerden ist ebenfalls top, denn ich habe mir eigentlich wasserdichte Wanderschuhe gekauft, welche es aber schon in der ersten Wanderung nach kauf nicht waren, danach wurde mir direkt die Möglichkeit des Umtauschs innerhalb der nächsten drei Jahre, wo die Garantie gilt, angeboten. Einzig die Auswahl als auch der Lagerbestand im Shop ist in meinen Augen nicht auf dem Niveau wie in den Stores in Wien und Umgebung, daher ein Stern Abzug, hier könnte Jack Wolfskin definitiv noch nachbessern. Since I moved to Vorarlberg, the Jack Wolfskin has been the one I trust and I have already bought a hat, shoes and jacket here and will definitely visit it a few more times. The staff are very nice and take care of their own clothing requirements and advise very well and with in-depth knowledge of the respective product. The service for complaints is also great, because I actually bought waterproof hiking shoes, which were not on the first hike after purchase, after which I was offered the option of exchanging them within the next three years, where the guarantee applies . Only the selection and the stock in the shop are, in my opinion, not on the same level as in the stores in Vienna and the surrounding area, hence a star deduction, Jack Wolfskin could definitely improve this.
