Gregor hat sich von Anfang an bemüht alle meine Fragen zu beantworten und ein passendes Angebot zu erstellen. Abwicklung lief reibungslos und wurde auch laufend über den Status informiert. Absolut vertrauenswürdig. Es freut mich, dass das alles so gut geklappt hat und es noch Bikeshops gibt, die sich noch etwas antun. Kann diesen Bikeshop sehr weiterempfehlen! I came across Gregors e Bike-Shop in search of my favorite bike. Had already several inquiries with other shops in different countries behind me. Gregor has been trying to answer all my questions from the beginning and to make a suitable offer. Settlement went smoothly and was also kept informed about the status. Absolutely trustworthy. I'm glad that everything worked so well and there are still bike shops that are still doing something. Can highly recommend this bike shop!

Aufgrund der allgemeinen Lieferschwierigkeiten der gesamten Branche habe ich auch gleich bestellt. Mein Vertrauen wurde nicht enttäuscht und ich konnte vor 2 Wochen freudestrahlend mein bike abholen. Bin jetzt schon ein paar mal gefahren und kann nur sagen es ist ein Hammer bike. Man sitzt sehr bequem deshalb macht sogar die bergauf quälerei noch Spass und bergab krieg ich das grinsen nicht weg. Da bügel ich alles einfach butterweich weg. Kann mich nur bei Gregor bedanken das alles so gut geklappt hat und das das bike von Anfang an gleich super eingestellt war. ? My trust was not disappointed and I was able to pick up my bike two weeks ago, beaming with joy. I've ridden a couple of times now and can only say it's a great bike. You sit very comfortably so even the uphill torture is still fun and downhill I can't get rid of the grin. I iron everything away as soft as butter. I can only thank Gregor that everything went so well and that the bike was set up perfectly right from the start. ?

Außerdem er hat uns erklärt was das Problem war und wie man das reparieren kann. Er war herzlich und freundlich. Es ging ihm nicht ums Geld. Gregor was very helpful and competent. He helped us with the repair of hydraulic brake levers at short notice. He also explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He was warm and friendly. It wasn't about the money.

Im Laden gibt es keine Massenware sondern hochwertige E-Bikes ausgewählter Hersteller. Ich habe kürzlich bei ihm ein E-Bike von. Mondraker gekauft. Erst jetzt weiß ich, wie sich eine für mich passende Rahmengeometrie anfühlt :-) Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und kann Gregor's e Bikes uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Very friendly, competent and detailed advice! Gregor really takes time for his customers, test drives are also possible.
