A	Alexander Vordermaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich angekommen bin und mich bei der Verwaltung gemeldet habe, wurde ich unzureichend über alles mögliche informiert wie z.B. die Nutzung der Tiefgarage ebenso wie dass ich meine Zutrittskarte irgendwie aktivieren müssmü. Dazu kommt noch, als ich mein Apartment betreten habe, dass dieses so stark verdreckt war, dass ich und mein Kollege ohne Pause 3 Tage durchputzen mussten, obwohl der Betreiber die Wohnung in einem brauchbaren Zustand übergeben hätte müssen. Ich empfinde die Verwaltung als nicht tauglich und sehe keinen Grund dafür eine irgendwie positive Bewertung abzugeben! When I arrived and reported to the administration, I was insufficiently informed about everything, such as the use of the underground car park and the fact that I had to somehow activate my access card. In addition, when I entered my apartment, it was so dirty that I and my colleague had to clean for 3 days without a break, even though the operator should have handed the apartment over in a usable condition. I find the administration unsuitable and see no reason to give a positive rating in any way!
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Heim in toller Lage zur FH. Im Foyer trifft man immer wieder neue Leute. Es gibt einen großen Fitnessraum und eine Sauna. Nice home in a great location to the FH. In the foyer you always meet new people. There is a large gym and a sauna.
A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are disgusting when you move in. Spent the first few days cleaning before I felt comfortable bringing any off my stuff in. Internet is slow, unreliable and limited. Other residents show little to no regard to others in any way (noise, cleanliness, property). Literally any other apartment you can find at that price will be better. Avoid at all cost.

My locked bike was stolen from fahrradraum (that we can enter only with our keys) and the office told me that they can not do anything about it. Also, people are stealing laundry, amazon packages if they are around. Rooms are nice in general. Sometimes Wi-Fi is really unstable. There is Spar downstairs that's nice. Around the building is creepy at night.
