Also vom Service und Kundenbetreuung äußerst unprofessionell! Und das schon mit 2 verschiedenen mitarbeiter erlebt. Frechheit.... No greeting, unfriendly, uninterested, irritated and cheeky ... When saying goodbye, simply hung up without comment. So the service and customer care are extremely unprofessional! And already experienced that with 2 different employees. Cheek ....

Der Beamte stellte sich nicht vor sowie er sagte auch nicht Aufwiedersehen?( keine Kinderstube )?.Hier sollte der Chef mal richtig durchgreifen,bei dieser Arbeitsweise weiß ich jetzt ,warum sie alle pünktlich nachhause gehen.Hier könnte ich noch viele negative Dinge schreiben aber ich lasse es.....auf jeden Fall überlege ich mir stark mich beim oberen Chef zu beschweren ??.... Very, very rude. The official did not introduce himself and he did not say goodbye Kinder (no nursery) ?. Here the boss should really take action, with this way of working I now know why they all go home on time. Here I could write a lot of negative things but I'll leave it ..... in any case, I'm thinking hard to complain to the top boss ?? ....

Und Alten Leuten einfach Geld vom Konto abziehen was nicht rechtens ist A mess you hang in the queue for hours and nobody finds the way to the phone that you can get any information at all. And just withdraw money from old people's account, which is not legal

Heute versuchte ich als Geschäftsführer meines Unternehmens das Finanzamt St.Veit persönlich aufzusuchen, damit ich feststellen durfte, Dies wäre ohne Termin und Formular nicht möglich. Man wird massivst unfreundlich abgewiesen, keine Hilfe, Null Unterstützung. Ein Trauerspiel das solche Mitarbeiter/innen von unseren Steuergeldern bezahlt werden. May 28th, 2021 we as a company tried to reach the tax office hotline for three days, absolutely in vain. Today, as the managing director of my company, I tried to visit the St.Veit tax office personally so that I could find out that this would not be possible without an appointment and a form. You are turned away in a very unfriendly way, no help, zero support. A tragedy that such employees are paid by our tax money.

I have never had any problems with the tax office, when I call a tax office in Austria answers, my request was always dealt with in a friendly and quick manner.
