A	Angela Wahlstadt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich anrufe, egal welche Uhrzeit und Tag, die Wartezeit beträgt immer 5 Minuten. Ist ja klar die Beamten müssen öfter Pause machen (wegen Corona)und eher Feierabend machen (Gleitzeit),denn die Kunden (wir Steuerzahler) sind lästig. When I call, no matter what time and day, the waiting time is always 5 minutes. It is clear that the officials have to take more breaks (because of Corona) and rather go to work (flexitime), because the customers (we taxpayers) are annoying.
P	Patrick Gietl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Gegensatz zur GKK sehr freundlich und kompetent (liegt vermutlich am modernen Gebäude und am Tageslicht). Wartezeiten halten sich in Grenzen und das neue Gabäude ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Direkt am Eingang gibt es auch ein Cafe. In contrast to the GKK very friendly and competent (probably due to the modern building and the daylight). Waiting times are limited and the new building is very modern. There is also a cafe right at the entrance.
F	Franco KALTENEGGER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will eigentlich nicht mal 1 Stern geben aber das ist leider die voraussetzung um es posten zu können. Frechheit! Und dafür bezahlen wir?!? Egal wann man anruft ( seit Di den 05.04- heute den 08.04.2021 niemand erreichbar) man kommt nicht durch. Sollte man dann doch mal das Glück haben und durchzukommen wird man fast schon angeschnauzt im Sinne von "was wollen denn sie jetzt von mir?" sowie man falsch informiert wird bzw. falsch Informationen bekommt so das man Antragsfristen nicht mehr einhalten kann und diesen dann erneut stellen muss. Ich bin erschüttert, denn wenn es anderes rum ist kann es garnicht schnell genug gehen! Dort gehört mal einiges geändert! "Neues" Gebäude haben sie ja schon, aber ich glaub das es mal an der Zeit ist die Mitarbeiter auszutauschen oder sie im Kundenumgang zu schulen!?!? Entweder glauben sie das sie was besseres sind oder sie wollen sich einfach nicht mit "minderwertigen nicht Beamten" abgeben! Schlechter als schlecht.. So mies ist es 8n keinem Amtsgebäude!!! Actually doesn't even want to give 1 star, but unfortunately that is the prerequisite for being able to post it. Cheek! And that's what we pay for?!? Regardless of when you call (no one available since Tuesday, April 5th - today, April 8th, 2021) you can't get through. If you are lucky enough to get through you will almost be snapped at in the sense of "what do you want from me now?" as soon as you are informed incorrectly or receive incorrect information so that you can no longer meet the application deadlines and then have to submit them again. I am shocked, because if it’s different, it cannot go fast enough! Something needs to be changed there! You already have a "new" building, but I think it is time to exchange employees or to train them in dealing with customers!?!? Either they believe that they are something better or they simply do not want to deal with "inferior non-officials"! Worse than bad .. No official building is that bad!

T	Thomas Q. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per Mail kommt man nicht mehr durch, telefonisch hängt man ewig in der Warteschleife und wenn man dann mal durchkommt, bekommt man die Info dass man für die Bearbeitung einer simplen Bescheidbeschwerde bis zu 6 Monate warten muss. Unfassbar, wenn man in der Privatwirtschaft so träge agiert, verliert man nach ein paar Wochen den Job! You can't get through by e-mail, you hang on the phone for ages and when you get through, you get the information that you have to wait up to 6 months to process a simple complaint. Incredibly, if you act so sluggishly in the private sector, you lose your job after a few weeks!
S	Selina Truppe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch hängt man eine Ewigkeit in der Warteschleife und wenn man doch mal durchkommt wird man von einem Angestellten zum nächsten weitergeleitet und am Ende kann einem keiner eine Auskunft geben. You're on hold for an eternity on the phone and if you get through, one employee will transfer you to the next and in the end no one can give you any information.

Liebes FA wenn ihr so einen Engpass mit Mitarbeitern habt dann aufstocken und vl die Anträge einfacher und verständlicher machen. A disaster on the phone... After waiting forever on hold you get to an unmotivated, annoyed lady. Dear FA if you have such a bottleneck with employees then increase and vl make the applications easier and more understandable.

Dann habe ich nachtelefoniert und wurde behandelt wie der Letzte Dreck und einfach abgewimmelt nicht mal eine Verabschiedung Sondern einfach aufgelegt . Da schreibe ich zu 100 Prozent einen Beschwerde Brief .... I could puke I was told 5 days ago I would be called and no one answered. Then I made a follow-up call and was treated like shit and simply brushed off, not even saying goodbye, but simply hung up. I write a letter of complaint 100 percent ....
