J	Johhannes Loller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonische Auskunft: gute Erfahrung, hatte bisher nette und sachliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Einziges Manko vielleicht die Wartezeiten um die 15 Minuten. Telephone information: good experience, so far had nice and objective employees. The only drawback was the waiting time of around 15 minutes.

Hier wird man wie nicht bestellt ignoriert und abgewiesen! The level of disrespect and rudeness these staff are here is just unacceptable and disgraceful. Here you will be ignored and rejected as if you had not been ordered!

Geduld und Höflichkeit ist leider nicht mehr bei allen Ämtern üblich. Kudos to the team for their operational assessment and thank you for the above-average friendly and competent advice over the phone. Unfortunately, patience and politeness are no longer common in all offices.

Nicht bemüht um das Anliegen und die Person ?!!! Kunden gegenüber sehr arrogant und genervt !!! Personal sollte sich gerade in Zeiten von Corona besonders bemühen aber bei so unkompetenten Mitarbeitern wird das wohl nix !!! Waiting times by phone which is a cheek!!! If someone picks up, this person is rude and gives information that I already knew beforehand!!! Not concerned about the issue and the person ?!!! Very arrogant and annoyed towards customers!!! Staff should make a special effort, especially in times of Corona, but with such incompetent employees it won't work!!!
S	Samsung Samszng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute ein Formular für den Steuerausgleich 2021 beim Finanzamt Villach geholt,leider war kein Mitarbeiter für Fragen anzutreffen-wegen Corona kein Parteienverkehr! Man könnte im Vorraum wo man die Formulare erhält,eine Glocke installieren, für Fragen der Kunden??? Heute haben sich viele Leute nicht ausgekannt,man war sich gegenseitig behilflich,dass sollte aber Aufgabe des Finanzamtes sein!!! Vielleicht wird's besser,danke!!! Today I got a form for the tax adjustment 2021 from the tax office in Villach, unfortunately no employee was available for questions - because of Corona no party traffic! You could install a bell in the anteroom where you get the forms, for questions from customers ??? Today a lot of people didn't know each other, they helped each other, but that should be the job of the tax office! Maybe it will get better, thank you !!!
