Unfortunately, nothing works by phone at the moment. Always on hold. At the counter, however, everyone is always helpful and friendly.

Bei telefonischer Information wird nicht wirklich weiter geholfen oder man hängt "Stundenlang" in der Wartschleife!!! Und wenn man irgendwann mal erreicht ist niemand fürs Anliegen verantwortlich!!! Important appointment emails "apparently" never arrive. When information is given over the phone, there is no real help or you are on hold for "hours"! And if you get there at some point, nobody is responsible for the matter!

Stundenlanges warten in der Warteschleife. Sinnlos!!!!!!!!!!! Wenn auf dieser Welt alle so eine "Arbeitsmoral" hätten...... Which people are employed there? D	Dirk Köhler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 3 Monaten (!) wurde ein Antrag auf Familienbeihilfe eingebracht, der bis heute nicht einmal angefangen wurde zu bearbeiten. Für mich leider nicht nachvollziehbar so eine Arbeitsweise, da andersherum vom Steuerzahler eine Mitarbeit durch das Setzen von Fristen verlangt wird. An application for family allowance was submitted 3 months ago (!), Which has not even started to be processed until today. Unfortunately for me, such a way of working is incomprehensible, as the other way round, the taxpayer is required to cooperate by setting deadlines.
