Noch dazu zu einem Arzt der geschlossenen hatte, nicht einmal hier fand man es der Mühe wert die Öffnungszeiten des Kollegen zu prüfen. Kein Wunder bei solchen Arztpraxen dass unser System krankt. So patient with apparently acute illness was simply sent away! In addition to a doctor who was closed, not even here did you find it worth the effort to check the opening times of your colleague. No wonder with such medical practices that our system becomes sick.
D	Dany Kratochwil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder!!! Gehst um 7:30 rein, damit du einer der Ersten bist und mim fiebernden Kind net unnötig lange warten musst. Und wir reden hier net von "erhöhter Temparatur". 1/2 Std. Warteschlange, dazwischen wurden zig Telefonate nicht angenommen ausser 2 (die unfreundliche Empfangsfrau meinte zu mir, anrufen und Termin ausmachen ... WAS HAT N DAS FÜR AN SINN, WENN KEINER ABHEBT???). Die 2 Anrufe haben VOR UNS einen Termin bekommen, obwohl wir schon eine 1/2 Std. warten. Nicht genug dessen: NIEMAND IM BEHANDLUNGSRAUM!!! Fr. Doc schon da (kam zeitgleich mit uns rein). NUR Pensionisten-Blutabnahmen, und das machen bekanntlich die Assistentinnen. Wir endlich bei der Anmeldung. Die "nette" Dame: "Um 10:40 hab ich was frei." Wie meinen??? Er hat Fieber, verdammt nochmal. Akut! Seit wann macht man sich da einen Termin aus? Ich fahr sicher net spazieren mit ihm. Ab wann wird ma vorgezogen? Wenn man Blut spuckt? Sie verschwindet kurz ... "Na, früher geht nicht. Fahrens zaus, legens ihn halt hin und kommens wieder." Die haben mich heut das letzte Mal gesehen! Never again!!! Get in at 7:30 to be one of the first to wait unnecessarily long for the feverish child. And we're not talking about "increased temperature" here. 1/2 hour queue, in between tens of phone calls were not accepted except 2 (the unfriendly receptionist said to me, call and make an appointment ... WHAT HAT HAS TO MEAN WHEN NO LEAVES ???). The 2 calls got an appointment BEFORE US, although we are already waiting for 1/2 hour. Not enough: NO ONE IN TREATMENT SPACE !!! Mrs. Doc already there (came in at the same time with us). Pensionist blood draws ONLY, and that is what the assistants do. We finally at the registration. The "nice" lady: "At 10:40 I have something free." Like mine??? He has a fever, damn it. Acute! Since when do you make an appointment? I'm sure I'm not going to go for a walk with him. When will ma be preferred? When you spit blood? She disappears for a moment ... "Well, you can not go earlier, drive away, put him down and come back." They saw me last time!

S	Sabine Hailzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute war ich in der Ordination die eine Dame bei der Anmeldung hat mit ihren Kind telefoniert und am Telefon die Aufgabe gemacht obwohl die Leute vor denn Fenster gestanden sind und auf ein Rezept gewartet haben, die andere Kollegin ist sich was besorgen gegangen, und die 3 war überfordert tolles Team Today I was in the ordination, the one lady at the registration phoned her child and did the task on the phone even though the people were standing in front of the window and waiting for a prescription, the other colleague went to get something, and the 3 was overwhelmed great team
