N	Nam Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want to try on some glasses they won’t help you or even let you touch the glasses. When I wanted to try sunglasses, I was ignored by multiple employees and even stared at awkwardly. Maybe they treat asians like that only.

I answerd obviously not since I am still here. I was disappointed about the lack in service. In every other opticians I received better service. Won't buy anything here.

I always go to the Fielmann in Mariahilfer Straße although we have another Fielmann on Landstrasse Hauptstrasse but it is full of unfriendly people, don't know why!. In the one in Mariahilfer st. I feel more comfortable and being taken care of professionally. Though sometimes, especially in the afternoon hours, this shop becomes very crowded and at that time it is possible that the Fielmann "Colleagues" do not find enough time to take care of you. However, in general, sooner or later, someone approaches you and asks if you need any help. This happened to us yesterday evening. It was 18:40, 20 minutes before shop's closing, we needed to select the types of glasses for a friend and I was concerned that we would not manage. At that moment came Ms Lisa Müller with a big smile on her face and started to help us select the product. She is a true professional, calm and knowledgeable person. She took care of our friend with a genuinely friendly manner and helped her to select the best option. When we had finished, it was already 19:30 and imagine the shop closes at 19:00. She gave us all a very good impression that Fielmann can be proud of having such a great person and a true professional working for them. Danke nochmals dear Lisa.
S	Sándor Veres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here if you want to waste a lot of tome and not getting what you payed for. Ridiculous how they treat customers. They fail to inform you that when you purchase glasses for 500 eurs, they can’t give you the case with the glasses. They then expect you to come back every week to check if you can finally get what you paid for. They misinform you multiple times about the date you get the brand specific case or about the deliver times. They are so disorganised, you have to talk to 5 different person each time you come in (to dates where they told you to come). Just to get told AGAIN that they ordered the case and you might get it in a month. It’s been almost a month, since the purchase and they can’t give the case for the glasses.

The first said they could order other models, I went home and browsed a bit more then when I went back to order a specific model, a different employee tried really hard to sell some that they had in store. Wasted quite a bit of my time. She only relented when I was about to walk out. Pre-covid, it was usually packed and so one had to wait quite a while but they also had like 8 employees running around in that small store, so one couldn't even blame them for not hiring enough people. But something to be aware of before going there - better not be under time pressure.
