S	Sabine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde bisher von Fielmann nicht enttäuscht, jedoch diesmal hat es einfach an Kompetenz gefehlt. Eine Sonnenbrille mit Sehstärke scheint dort unmöglich zu sein. Habe mir in einer anderen Filiale von Fielmann zu meiner neuen Sonnenbrille dann Rat geholt und endlich weiß ich worauf ich achten muss. Die jetzige muss ich leider zurück geben. So far I have not been disappointed by Fielmann, but this time there was simply a lack of competence. Prescription sunglasses seem impossible there. I got advice from another Fielmann branch about my new sunglasses and finally I know what to look for. Unfortunately I have to give the current one back.

Ich habe eine Sonnenbrille für meinen Mann gekauft, war mir unsicher, welche es werden soll, aber der Filialleiter hat mich bestens beraten! Fachlich kompetent, seriös, sehr sympathisch - so soll es sein! Und ja, die Brille ist als Geschenk super angekommen :-) Auch angenehm zu sehen, wie der Filialleiter mit seinem Team umgeht: Als Kunde merkt man das gute Betriebsklima, davon könnten sich einige Betriebe ein Beispiel nehmen. The advice at this branch is just great! I bought sunglasses for my husband, was unsure which one to buy, but the store manager gave me the best advice! Technically competent, serious, very personable - that's the way it should be! And yes, the glasses were a great gift :-) It's also nice to see how the branch manager deals with his team: as a customer, you notice the good working atmosphere, some companies could take this as an example.

Exzellente Beratung, die deutlich hochpreisigeren Optikern im Land in keiner Beziehung nachsteht. Werde sicher wieder kommen. Am 07.03.2020 erneut im Shop wegen Gleitsicht Brille - ebenfalls sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung durch Frau Yashiro. I was advised by Mr. Schumann about work glasses. Excellent advice that is in no way inferior to significantly higher-priced opticians in the country. Will come back for sure. On 07.03.2020 again in the shop because of varifocal glasses - also very satisfied with the advice given by Ms. Yashiro.

Mit dazu weil sich mein Schal im Reißverschluss verhedert hat, wurde dies mit einem zusätzlichen Service gelöst! Wo bekommt man sowas noch heutzutage? Danke an das tolle Team!! Super Service!
