Es ist freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit für Beratung und auch bei einer Reklamation. Man geht mit dem erworbenen Produkt und einem guten Gefühl nach Hause. So far, I have always had positive experiences with the staff in this branch. They are friendly, take their time for advice and also with a complaint. You go home with the product you have purchased and feel good.

Hab heute mein Handy einschicken lassen und es dauert 4 Wochen, bis ich eine Nachricht bekomme, was los ist. Die andere Sache ist, dass ich kein Ersatzhandy bekommen habe-4Wochen kein Handy... Jetzt kann ich mir ein neues Handy kaufen und bekomme dann vielleicht nach 4 Wochen die Nachricht, dass ich für die Reperatur etwas zahlen kann. Das nenn ich Kundenservise... The staff is really super nice, but if it were 0 stars, they definitely deserve it. I had my cell phone mailed in today and it takes 4 weeks to get a message telling me what's going on. The other thing is that I didn't get a replacement cell phone - no cell phone for 4 weeks ... Now I can buy a new cell phone and then maybe after 4 weeks I get the message that I can pay for the repair. That's what I call customer service ...

Ich habe Ende April meine Gleitsichtbrille in einer anderen Filiale ( Hartlauer) gekauft- hatte immer Probleme damit und wurde nicht Ernst genommen- wurde belächelt- wo drückt die Brille und so ähnliche Sprüche . Durch Zufall kam ich in der Filiale Hartberg mit Frau Krausler ins Gespräch,sie nahm mein Problem ernst und dank ihr bin ich heute eine zufriedene Hartlauerkunde ! Danke! Many thanks to Ms. Julia Krausler! At the end of April I bought my varifocals in another store (Hartlauer) - always had problems with them and was not taken seriously - was laughed at - where the glasses press and similar slogans. By chance I got into a conversation with Ms. Krausler in the Hartberg branch, she took my problem seriously and thanks to her I am a satisfied Hartlau customer today! Thanks!
