Man kann auch telefonisch vereinbaren. Wie man aus dem Studio nach Hause geht ist unglaublich. Sie machen das nicht gut, sondern PERFEKT! sie sind sehr professionell , sehr genau in der Arbeit und nett zu den anderen. Ich freue mich dass ich das Studio gefunden habe. Nur zu empfehlen! Danke euch :) I did not understand the online booking in the app at the beginning and they took the time to explain everything to me !!! You can also arrange by phone. How to go home from the studio is incredible. They don't do it well, they PERFECT! they are very professional, very precise at work and nice to others. I am glad that I found the studio. I can only recommend it! Thank you :)

Die Chefin und die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - stets besorgt um das Wohl der Kundinnen. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind durchaus kompetent und gehen auf die Wünsche der Kundinnen ein, bieten aber ebenso eine sehr gute Beratung und sind geduldig bei eigener Unentschlossenheit. Bzgl. Der Beratung ist zu betonen ,dass dieser wirklich kundenorientiert ist und nicht nach dem bestmöglichen Profit beraten. Kurzum: Hier findet man Ehrlichkeit. Sowohl die Arbeitsweise als auch der Arbeitsplatz sind sauber und sorgfältig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist daher super und ist das Geld wert. Ich empfehle dieses Studio aufjedenfall weiter. The studio impresses with its completely white look. The boss and the staff are very friendly and courteous - always concerned about the well-being of the customers. All employees are quite competent and respond to the wishes of the customers, but also offer very good advice and are patient with their own indecision. Concerning. The advice should be emphasized that this is really customer-oriented and does not advise for the best possible profit. In short: you can find honesty here. Both the way of working and the workplace are clean and careful. The price-performance ratio is therefore great and is worth the money. I definitely recommend this studio.

Habe schon einige Studios ausprobiert doch die Pefektion und Qualität im Maka Studio schlägt alles ? Today was the first time I went to Sanja's Maka Studio for a Shellac manicure. Never have I ever got such a perfect manicure. I've already tried a few studios but the perfection and quality in Maka Studio beats everything ?

Dragana ist eine sehr liebe Person, hat mir zum farblosen Lack abgeraten da ich sonst mehr zahlen müsste (berufsbedingt kein Nagellack erlaubt). Ich habe die Zeit sehr angenehm gefunden, da ich nicht zwingend reden musste- genieße lieber im stillen ;) Super nail salon! Appointment is very easy and if there is time they also take a turn if you spontaneously stop by. Dragana is a very nice person, advised me to colorless paint because I would otherwise have to pay more (due to professional reasons, no nail polish allowed). I found the time very pleasant, because I did not have to talk necessarily - enjoy quietly;)

Die Online Terminvergabe ist super und wir zwei haben immer viel Spaß :-) I have been a Sanja customer for many years and I am always very satisfied. The online scheduling is great and the two of us always have a lot of fun :-)

Weil ich in der Arbeit leider einspringen musste ( Gastronomie ) leider zu wenig Personal haben, musste ich den Termin stornieren. Ich habe 5 Stunden davor angesagt und trotzdem werden mir 25€ Storno kosten verrechnet. Als ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde mir gesagt ich kann ihrem Ärger verstehen aber wir sind auch von der Pandemie betroffen. Ich habe einen Grund weshalb ich leider nicht kommen konnte und nicht weil ich einfach keine Lust hatte. Vielleicht sollte man sich mal über den Preis Gedanken machen. 25€ für stornierte Kunden ist etwas sehr übertrieben. Aber naja die wissen wie man Geld macht. Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen I've made an appointment for a new set. Because I had to step in at work (gastronomy) unfortunately too few staff, I had to cancel the appointment. I announced 5 hours before and still I am charged 25 € cancellation costs. When I brought this to your attention, I was told I can understand your anger but we are also affected by the pandemic. I have a reason why I unfortunately couldn't come and not because I just didn't feel like it. Maybe you should think about the price. 25 € for canceled customers is a bit excessive. But well they know how to make money. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone
B	Bi Wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schön, sehr sauber, sehr lieb, unglaublich toll gearbeitet. Allerdings leider zu teuer. Ich hab für Gellack ablackieren und neu 61.- gezahlt. Very nice, very clean, very nice, incredibly well done. Unfortunately too expensive. I painted it off for gel polish and paid 61.- again.
