Insanely great, competent and friendly doctor. No long waiting times. Doesn't prescribe unnecessary prescriptions and really listens to the patient.

T	Tamara Esterl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordinationsassistentin hätte allen wartenden PatientInnen mitteilen können, dass eine Stunde vor Ordinationschluss nur mehr Rezepte ausgestellt werden und niemand mehr aufgenommen wird! Somit hätte ich mir 30 Minuten Wartezeit erspart u wäre gleich zu einem anderen Arzt gefahren! The ordination assistant could have informed all waiting patients that only an hour before the ordination closes, only prescriptions were issued and no one was accepted! So I would have saved myself 30 minutes of waiting time and would have gone to another doctor!

Für eine Untersuchung kommen kann... ... Naja sehr unprofessionell... Bekam lediglich die Aussage, und was soll ich jetzt tun?? Wir haben Zeiten des coronas... Der Assistentin war anzumerken, dass sie genervt ist... Naja als Ärztin wäre man schon verpflichtet zu helfen... Auch wenn man kein Kinderarzt ist.... Für mich nicht zu empfehlen.... Danke an die Ärztin!! I just called because my son has a high fever for 20 months (pediatrician is not available), and I just wanted to know what I can give him or can come for an examination ... ... Well, very unprofessional ... Just got that Statement, and what should I do now ?? We have times of coronas ... The assistant could tell that she is annoyed ... Well as a doctor you would be obliged to help ... Even if you are not a pediatrician .... Not recommended for me .... Thanks to the doctor!

Die Ordinationsangestellten sind teilweise mit dem Ansturm an Patienten überfordert. Die Ordination war gerade neu eröffnet und Dr. Pongratz ist kurz davor in Pension gegangen. A really nice doctor. I was with her once because my doctor, Dr. Reichelt-Coskun was on vacation. I tried very hard. The ordination staff are sometimes overwhelmed with the rush of patients. The ordination had just opened and Dr. Pongratz retired shortly before.

V	Vespignani Debora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is honestly the best doctor I've visited so far in Steiermark. I can highly recommend to everyone. She is very kind and helpful. She's actually listening to your problems and does her best to give you the right medication by taking some examinations by herself. (Not giving you other 3 hundred appointments unnecessarily.) Even with a 40 fever temperature you feel calm and safe. Wish i could give more then 5 stars. ?
