Wir haben zwei Kinderräder vorbeigebracht um diese überprüfen zu lassen und nur weil wir sie dort nicht gekauft haben wurden wir quasi sogar hinauskomplimentiert. Vorher nicht zu sagen wie viel ein Service ungefähr kostet, die eigene Leistung hoch zu stilisieren, und noch dazu unfreundlich ist uns jetzt schon das zweite Mal dort passiert. Es gibt genug andere Rad Service Unternehmen in Graz. Danke nie mehr wieder. Unfortunately, the service cannot be beat in terms of snootiness. We brought two children's bikes over to have them checked and just because we didn't buy them there, we were even complimented out. Not saying beforehand how much a service costs, to stylize your own performance, and what's more, this is the second time we've been there in an unfriendly way. There are enough other bike service companies in Graz. Thank you never again.

Viel Auswahl bei Schuhen, Helmen etc. Anprobieren aller verschiedenen Möglichkeiten wurde auch gleich angeboten. Gerne wieder! Today I bought equipment for my new road bike. After a short time I was competently advised. Lots of choice for shoes, helmets, etc. Trying on all the different options was also offered right away. Gladly again!

Kaputtes Teil wurde zum Hersteller eingeschickt und auf Garantie repariert, die ganze Abwicklung übernahm die Firma Kotnik. So sollte guter Service sein. Very courteous service, good communication. Broken part was sent to the manufacturer and repaired under warranty, the whole process was taken over by the company Kotnik. This is how good service should be.
K	Klara Treusch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voriges Jahr habe ich zum ersten Mal das Radservice dort machen lassen. Es wird nicht alles einfach ausgetauscht, sondern vorhandenes repariert. Der Preis war absolut in Ordnung und ich wurde telefonisch um Erlaubnis gebeten, bevor etwas getauscht wurde, was nicht geplant war. Heute war ich wegen einer Kleinigkeit bei meiner Bremse dort, das wurde innerhalb von 2 Minuten erledigt, auch hat sich der Techniker gleich die Kette angeschaut und noch für gut befunden. Dafür habe ich nichts bezahlt, Trinkgeld wollten sie auch nicht nehmen. Daher kann ich das Geschäft bisher nur empfehlen. Last year I had my bike serviced there for the first time. Not everything is simply replaced, but existing ones are repaired. The price was absolutely right and I was asked for permission by phone before anything was exchanged that was not planned. Today I was there for a small problem with my brakes, it was done within 2 minutes, the technician also looked at the chain and found it to be good. I didn't pay anything for that, and they didn't want to take a tip either. So I can only recommend the shop so far.

e	elbutchos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. All is honey when you buy expensive stuff but they CANNOT order a exact part number when it comes down to it. Talking down to the customer like only they know the bike components. Very disappointing. Had to drive 3 times to the store for a part that was never delivered according to the requirement.
