Leider zu teuer für mich. Schaue aber immer gerne hinein

Früher habe ich gerne bei Hallhuber eingekauft. Mode aus qualitativen Natur Stoffen made in Europe. Leider ist mir in letzter Zeit aufgefallen, dass Hallhuber zunehmend billigen Polyester Stoff verwendet, statt wie früher Seide. Dafür ist der Preis dann doch zu hoch. Auch wird nicht mehr in Europa produziert, sondern in China. Schade

Die einzige Filiale in Wien, die mir von sich aus angeboten hat, nach einem bestimmten Artikel in meiner Größe in anderen Filialen zu suchen (auch online war alles ausverkauft). Als dann noch ein einziges Paar der gewünschten Sandalen in einer Filiale in Innsbruck verfügbar waren, wurden die Schuhe umgehend in die Filiale ins DZ bestellt, wo ich sie abholen konnte. Die Vielen Dank nochmal für das tolle (und nicht selbstverständliche) Service, ganz besonders an die freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin die das ermöglicht hat!!!

Fantastic clothing and top quality

RACIST, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSOCIAL STAFF at this Filiale. I shop at Hallhuber often. Most recently, I did a big shop in early January and was met with a kind and polite woman who carried out my transaction. My Muslim mother who wears a headscarf recently bought a gift card from the store (mainly for me to use because she knows how much i shop there), we went in store to have our queries about the card addressed. We were met with the same woman who I had dealt with in my early January shop except now I saw her true side as she dealt with my Musilm woman with a headscarf. She didn't say hello, didn't greet us, instead she hovered over us in silence?? my mom showed her, her Impfpass and ID she was like ok WHAT NOW? She also interrupted my mom, didn't say thank you, goodbye or anything. Was incredibly short when answering our questions and even though she could have provided my mom with what my mom was asking for, which was a physical gift card as opposed to an online one. It would have been very easy for her to invalidate the online one and instead issue a card. Even if this was not possible, she should have politely and with dignity explained this. Instead she gave a loud cold no. She is a shorter brunette woman usually wears her hair in a ponytail. The funniest and most ironic part of all this is that when I was shopping with her before she told me that she also used to live in England, specifically the Cotswolds (hopefully this information will help identify her as I don't have her name) and a very difficult transition for her when she moved to Austria was the unfriendliness and impoliteness of Austrians to each other and to customers etc. She has the audacity to say something like this when she herself is the most disgustingly unprofessional, unfriendly and most importantly RACIST person??? She must be crazy... Will never ever be returning to shop at this Filiale. I purposely didn't mention anything to her about our previous interaction so I can see her true self. Sickening.embarassing for a company such as Hallhuber to have customer service and workers behaving this way. It is clear she's racist because how come she treated me one way (i don't wear a headscarf) and my mother a COMPLETELY different way. The entire staff in store did this...
