N	Nima Abbaspour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bewerte erste bank. Einfach ganz schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Man wird nie richtig bedient. Sehr schwache Leistung von Personal. Die Antworten mein Email nie rechtzeitig alles Dauer mehrerer Wochen Bearbeitung. Die Personal sind nicht gebildet für Aktien, die können fast nicht antworten. Alles wird an weitere Abteilung weitergegeben mit mehreren Wochen Zeitverschiebung und ein Erinnerung ist auf jeden Fall auffällig. Warum man möchte so schlechte Leistungen anbieten verstehe ich nicht. Kein Wunder wenn Sie bald pleite gehen. I rate Erste bank. Just had a really bad experience. You never get proper service. Very poor performance from staff. The replies to my email never came on time, everything took several weeks to process. The staff aren't trained for shares, they almost can't answer. Everything is passed on to other departments with a time difference of several weeks and a reminder is definitely noticeable. I don't understand why you would want to offer such poor service. No wonder you're about to go broke.

Just because you're not an Austrian you become disrespectful and despised and have to wait outside in the cold and especially time from corona ?‍♂️ Simply more than cheek
