Great, fast and competent service: The technician saw at first glance what was broken (namely the swivel arm in the dishwasher), he had the spare part in the car and installed it immediately. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter Techniker, schnell, pünktlich, eigentlich ordentlich aber dann einen Schritt nicht beachtet und uns nicht informiert -Fazit Wasserschaden...er kam nochmal um weitere Schäden zu verhindern, ihm tat es sehr leid und er wollte sich um weiteres kümmern..war sehr nervös, zitterte und dann im Auto führte er ein Telefonat bei dem er ziemlich fertig aussah...Ok, dann aber kam nichts mehr und als wir die Firma befragen wie es weiter geht, weißte diese jede Schuld von sich...der Chef ließ alles nur über einen Angestellten ausrichten und war zu keinem Zeitpunkt erreichbar! Es hieß selbstverschulden und sie reichen dies dem Anwalt weiter...Bodenlose Frechheit!!! Scheinbar schlecht versichert, wenn ein Techniker falsche Dienste leistet....statt einer Entschuldigung und einem Entgegenkommen, kommt einfach nichts, nichtmal ein Telefonat direkt mit dem Chef....Eigenheim-Wasserschaden durch diese Firma.... hätte ich beim Kühlschrank selbst herum handiert und den Fehler behoben, wäre mein Boden noch ganz...für was gibt es Profis??? Jeder macht mal Fehler, dazu sollte man aber stehen und sie dann beseitigen!!
Nachtrag: Rechnung war übertrieben hoch, auch die Fahrtkosten für dass das wir ums Eck wohnen.
Very nice technician, fast, punctual, actually tidy but then ignored a step and not informed us very nervous, trembling and then in the car he had a phone call that made him look pretty exhausted ... Ok, but then nothing came up and when we asked the company how it was going on, they knew every guilt of their own ... the boss had everything done by one employee and was never reachable! It was called self-fault and they pass this on to the lawyer ... Bottomless cheek! Apparently poorly insured if a technician does the wrong job .... instead of an apology and a courtesy, nothing comes, not even a phone call directly with the boss .... home water damage by this company .... I would have with the refrigerator fiddled around myself and fixed the error, if my floor were still whole ... what are professionals for ??? Everyone makes mistakes, but you should stand by them and then eliminate them!
Addendum: The bill was exaggerated, including the travel expenses for the fact that we live around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super Service wird hier angeboten wenn's um Reparaturen von AEG Elektrogeräten handelt ist der Techniker sofort zur Stelle die Reparatur wird sofort erledigt wenn möglich und auch bei Neugeräten wird man kompetent und fachlich gut beraten und das alles zu guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit freundlichen hilfsbereiten Personal das kann man gut weiterempfehlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Erstbetreuung am Telefon, sofort Termin bekommen (defekter Geschirrspüler). Techniker kam pünktlichst und die Reparatur ging problemlos von statten. Techniker hatte für alle Eventualitäten Ersatzteile mit und war sehr nett! Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann den Service von Elektro Schneider nur weiterempfehlen!
Very friendly initial support on the phone, got an appointment immediately (defective dishwasher). The technician came on time and the repair went smoothly. Technician had spare parts for all eventualities and was very nice! I was very satisfied and can only recommend Elektro Schneider's service!
