Habe eine grafikkarte vor ca 6 monaten um über 400€ gekauft, die deffekt war und nun warte ich über einen monat auf einen austausch oder ähnlichem, kein ersatzgerät bekommen sondern einfach nur trocken ne mail das es doch bis zu 8 WOCHEN dauern kann!
Sowas geht GAR NICHT!
das einzige was positiv ist: der kundenservice meldet sich meist am nächsten tag per email bei einem, was mir trotzdem nichts bringt wenn man ne neue graka kauft und dann 8 WOCHEN verzichten muss?!?
Sorry aber das ist wohl der schlechteste scherz den ich je gesehn hab, zumal die postwege wegen der aktuellen malware nicht mal eingeschränkt sind.
Kauft zukünftig lieber bei Amazon/mediamarkt/saturn oder sonstigen großen händlern ein, da werdet ihr nicht verarscht und im falle einer garantie wachsen euch auch sicher keine grauen haare wie mir, außerdem habe ich stark den verdacht das E-tec viel mit B-ware arbeitet, anders kann ich mir das beim besten willen nicht erklären warum die produkte so kurzlebig sind
Nachtrag: mittlerweile warte ich seit 10 WOCHEN auf nen austausch oder geld zurück... Noch immer keine meldung... (Die grafikkarte wurde nach deutschland verschickt.... Vielleicht über die erdumlaufbahn, anders kann ich mir dieses stupide wartezeit nicht erklären)

I bought a graphics card about 6 months ago for over 400 €, it was defective and now I'm waiting for a month for an exchange or something similar, no replacement device but just dry ne mail that it can take up to 8 WEEKS!
This is NOT possible!
the only thing that is positive: the customer service usually reports to the next day by email to someone, which still does not help me if you buy a new graphic card and then have to do without 8 WEEKS?!?
Sorry but this is probably the worst joke I've ever seen, especially since the postal routes are not even restricted due to the current malware.
In the future, you should rather buy from Amazon / mediamarkt / saturn or other large retailers, because you will not be fooled and, in the case of a guarantee, you will certainly not grow gray hair like me, and I strongly suspect that E-tec has a lot with B-ware works, otherwise I can’t explain why the products are so short-lived
Addendum: I've been waiting for an exchange or money back for 10 WEEKS ... Still no message ... (The graphics card was sent to Germany .... Maybe via Earth orbit, otherwise I can't explain this stupid waiting time)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kassensystem mal wieder abgestürzt. Zudem musste ich 20 Minuten warten bis mir gesagt wurde, dass das Kassensystem nicht mehr funktioniert. Kompetenz wurde zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht bewiesen. Mir haben die Leute Leid getan die extra weite Strecken fahren, um deren Paket abholen zu können. Der Standort Klagenfurt sollte mal auf Vordermann gebracht werden!
Cash register system crashed again. I also had to wait 20 minutes until I was told that the POS system was no longer working. Competence was not proven at this point. I felt sorry for the people who drive extra long distances to pick up their parcels. The Klagenfurt location should be whipped up!

Ich wurde auch schon öfter über zukünftige produkte für die ich mich interessiere informiert.
Fachlich sehr gute beratung. Würds mit gamestop für spiele vergleichen, nur halt hier für hardware ;)

Very good professional advice. Would compare with gamestop for games, just stop here for hardware;)
