★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen einzigen Stern vergeben. Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Geschäft und der Mitarbeiter ist äußerst unfreundlich und inkompetent. Mich seht ihr als Kundin nie wieder. Ich bin dann bei der Firma Kropfitsch sehr freundlich bedient wurden, dafür musste ich nur ein paar Meter weiter fahren. Ihr solltet auf die Auswahl der Mitarbeiter mehr Wert legen.
If I could I wouldn't give a single star. This is my second time in this business and the employee is extremely rude and incompetent. You will never see me again as a customer. I was then served very friendly at the Kropfitsch company, for that I only had to drive a few meters further. You should put more emphasis on the selection of employees.

Fazit, bei A&A bekam ich mit Abstand die ausführlichste Erklärung und Beraten.
Mir wurde alles von A bis Z erklärt.
Wenn man nur "schnell" einen beliebigen Helm kaufen will, ist man hier Falsch.
Will man den richtigen Helm kaufen ist man absolut RICHTIG!

Everything was explained to me from A to Z.
If you just want to buy any helmet "quickly", you're in the wrong place.
If you want to buy the right helmet you are absolutely RIGHT!
