Nichts für ungut, aber ich habe nie eine Anfrage per Mail geschickt. Ich war persönlich im Geschäft, mit einer Liste an Geräten welche ich mir so ungefähr vorstellen würde. Als ungefähre Richtung. Es hat schon länger gedauert bis ich von ihrer Mitarbeiterin kontaktiert wurde, aber das warten hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört, Zeit habe ich, ich hätte mir nur eine Art von Beratung gewunschen… Mir wurde bei ihnen im Geschäft nicht ein einziges Gerät gezeigt, nicht ein einziger Tipp, keine Sekunde eine Beratung, keine Alternative vorgeschlagen, einfach nichts… Ein geschickter Verkäufer hätte mir bestimmt einiges an Geld abgeknöpft und für sie auch Gewinn erwirtschaftet, schließlich beharre ich gar nicht auf den Onlinepreisen, sofern ich Beratung erhalte!! Im Endeffekt habe ich (zum Teil) beim EP in Krems zugeschlagen, nicht weil es die besten Preise waren, im Internet hätte ich mir schon ein paar Hunderter erspart, aber weil ich eine Top Beratung erhielt, Geräte gezeigt bekam und somit alles stimmte!!

UPDATE: 02.03.2019 - Answer to the owner:
No offense, but I have never sent a request by mail. I was in the shop personally, with a list of devices I would like to imagine. As approximate direction. It took quite a while before I was contacted by her colleague, but the wait did not bother me at all, I have time, I would have just wanted some kind of advice ... I was shown in the shop not a single device, not one only tip, no second advice, no alternative suggested, just nothing ... A skilled salesman would have determined a lot of money buttoned and earned for them profit, after all, I insist not on the online prices, if I get advice! In the end, I have (partly) slammed the EP in Krems, not because it was the best prices, on the internet, I would have spared me a few hundreds, but because I received a top advice, equipment was shown and thus everything was right!
