★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einem Elektronik Fachgeschäft, dass den Schwerpunkt auf Multimedia legt, erwartet man sich schon, dass es auch Dashcams führt, oder man dort einen Raspberry Pi oder Arduino erwerben kann.
So neu sind die fast allgegenwärtigen Microcontrollerboards auch nicht mehr.
Ist halt doch nur etwas für Enduser, nichts für Selbermacher.
 At an electronics store that focuses on multimedia, one expects that it also carries dashcams, or that one can buy a Raspberry Pi or Arduino there.
The almost ubiquitous microcontroller boards are no longer that new.
It's just something for end users, nothing for do-it-yourselfers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich an drei Verkäufer gewendet, obwohl ich mit dem Kleinkind war, niemand hat mir geholfen. Alle drei haben mich ignoriert. Ich habe letztendlich selbst die Ware gefunden, man musste mir nur einen Schachtel geben, aber sogar das hat man nicht gemacht. Einfach respektloses Benehmen!
I turned to three salespeople even though I was with the toddler, nobody helped me. All three ignored me. In the end I found the goods myself, you only had to give me a box, but even that was not done. Simply disrespectful behavior!

Bei Probleme wird nicht geholfen.
Und dann tuen die auch noch so als ob man selbst Schuld wäre für fehlhafte gelieferte Ware. Möchte den Shop vor Ort anrufen, Nein nicht Möglich!
Warum hat der Shop dann bitte eine Telefonnummer. Finger Weg von Media Markt. Wirklich.
Miserable and unfriendly service.
Problems will not be helped.
And then they act as if it were your own fault for defective goods that were delivered. Would like to call the shop on site, no not possible!
Then why does the shop have a phone number? Stay away from Media Markt. Really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch meine Körperbehinderung habe ich Probleme beim Transport der Waren zum Auto. Mir wird jedesmal von den tollen Angestellten die Ware zur Warenabholung im Parkhaus gebracht. Tolles Service und immer höflich und freundlich. Danke
Due to my physical disability, I have problems transporting the goods to the car. The great employees always bring the goods to me for collection in the multi-storey car park. Great service and always polite and friendly. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Fernseher wurde Neu original Verpackt gekauft im Abverkauf und funktionierte nicht also wurde dieser zurückgeschickt und versprochen das ein neuer Geliefert wird. Neuer kam an war aber nicht mehr Original verpackt! Funktioniert zwar aber wenn man einen neuen fernseher kauft erwartet man auch einen Original verpackten und nicht einen gebrauchten!
A television was bought in new original packaging and did not work so it was sent back and promised that a new one will be delivered. New arrived but was no longer originally packed! It works but when you buy a new television you expect an original boxed one and not a used one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hr. Aigner hat mich top beraten im Bereich Handy und Tablet. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gutes Fachwissen. Wurde sogar zurückgerufen von ihm, nachdem ich in Wien in der Zentrale angerufen habe. Auch diese Dame am Telefon war extrem freundlich und hat alles an Hr. Aigner weitergeleitet. Top???
Mr. Aigner gave me excellent advice on cell phones and tablets. Very friendly and helpful and good knowledge. He even called me back after I called the head office in Vienna. This lady on the phone was also extremely friendly and told Hr. Aigner forwarded. Great???
