★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein Modem zur "Reparatur" gebracht, obwohl mir am Telefon ein austausch des Gerätes vom Kundenservice versprochen wurde.
Vor Ort hieß es, Geräte werden niemals ausgetauscht, solange die Garantie noch läuft...
So weit, so gut.
Leihmodem zur Überbrückung kam ohne Admindaten, welche benötigt wurden um den Nat-Typen zu ändern, W-Lan Passwort versteckte sich im Herzen des Modems, unter dem Akku verbaut.
Zuhause angekommen packte ich "mein repariertes Modem" aus um festzustellen das es sich dabei um ein fremdes Gerät in desolatem Zustand (allerdings selbes Model) handelt.
Danke für nichts! ( andere Wortwahl könnte man mir hier als beschuldigung einer Straftat nachwerfen..!)
Sie wollen sich nach Strich und Faden verarschen lassen? Dann ist Magenta die Firma Ihrer Wahl..
I brought my modem to be "repaired" even though customer service promised me to replace the device on the phone.
On site it was said that devices are never exchanged while the guarantee is still running ...
So far so good.
Loan modem for bridging came without admin data, which was needed to change the Nat type, W-Lan password was hidden in the heart of the modem, built under the battery.
When I got home I unpacked "my repaired modem" to find out that it was a strange device in a desolate state (but same model).
Thanks for nothing! (Another choice of words could be thrown at me here as an accusation of a criminal offense ..!)
