★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn 2 Techniker nach Hause kommen , keine halbe Stunde da sind und man dann 1,5 Studen verrechnet bekommt. Dann bekommt man noch die Antwort, seien sie froh dass das Problem jetzt wieder gelöst ist. Schande!
When 2 technicians come home, are not there for half an hour and then you get 1.5 hours charged. Then you get the answer, be glad that the problem is now solved again. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in den letzten Jahren einige Haushaltsgeräte (Weißware, TV) beim Radiodoktor Novotny gekauft und liefern lassen und ausnahmslos positive Erfahrungen gemacht.
Diese begannen mit einer sehr kompetenten und ruhigen Beratung im Vorfeld durch Herrn Kurz und seinem Team und endeten in einer problemlos ablaufenden Lieferung und Montage durch seine Mitarbeiter, allen voran Herrn Schrefl.
Mir graut vor dem Gedanken, dass es irgendwann in Krems nur noch die Möglichkeit gibt, seine Geräte online oder beim Media Markt einkaufen zu können. Wer nur auf den Verkaufspreis schaut, mag sich auf den ersten Blick bestätigt fühlen, dass es im Internet oder beim Techniksupermarkt immer günstiger ist. Mag sein, aber oft nicht sehr viel und ohne den Beratungsservice und die Verfügbarkeit auch in den Jahren nachdem man ein Gerät gekauft hat.
Solange wir weiterhin so positive Erfahrungen machen, werden wir weiterhin sehr gerne unser Geld beim lokalen Elektrohändler lassen. Think global, buy local.
In the past few years we have bought some household appliances (white goods, TV) from Radiodoktor Novotny and had them delivered, and we have had positive experiences without exception.
This began with very competent and calm advice in advance by Mr. Kurz and his team and ended in a smooth delivery and installation by his employees, especially Mr. Schrefl.
I dread the thought that at some point in Krems there will only be the option of buying your devices online or at Media Markt. If you only look at the sales price, you may at first glance feel confirmed that it is always cheaper on the Internet or at a technology supermarket. Maybe, but often not very much and without the advice service and availability even in the years after you have bought a device.
As long as we continue to have such positive experiences, we will continue to be happy to leave our money with the local electrical retailer. Think global, buy local.

Always the best advice - no matter if TV or vacuum cleaner. And the best part was an order of a Miele spare part, which was already ready for pickup the next day. Huge thanks, our washing machine is running perfectly again.
