★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich könnte nicht unzufriedener sein, was meine bestellte Ware angeht. am 04.01. habe ich ein Geschenk zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter gekauft und diese sollte am 07.01. eintreffen. Die Ware ist nie angekommen und alle Kontaktversuche haben erst 10 Tage später zu einem Lösungsweg geführt.
Telefonisch wurde ich gefragt, was ich als Lösung im Kopf habe, welches die Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter nur weiter bestätigt. Die Geschäftsführung (so wurde mir mitgeteilt) hatte entschieden mir einen mickrigen Nachlass von knapp 4 EUR zu gewähren, wobei ich weiter auf die Ware warten darf.
Ich hoffe mein Geld früh zurückzubekommen, dieses Unternehmen ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen und schert sich überhaupt nicht um dessen Kunden. Keinen Deut besser als der Amazon-Riese. Eine Schande für österreichische Unternehmen!
I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the items I ordered. on 04.01. I bought a present for my mother's birthday and it was supposed to be on January 7th. arrive. The goods never arrived and all contact attempts only led to a solution 10 days later.
I was asked on the phone what solution I had in mind, which only further confirms the incompetence of the employees. The management (so I was informed) had decided to grant me a measly discount of almost 4 EUR, whereby I can continue to wait for the goods.
I hope to get my money back soon, I do not recommend this company at all and they don't care about their customers at all. Not a whit better than the Amazon giant. A shame for Austrian companies!

Hätte ich nur auf die negativen Bewertungen des Unternehmens auf anderen Plattformen gehört.
Es scheint schon ein standardmäßiges Geschäftsgebahren zu sein, dass Onlinebestellungen Tage später vom Verkäufer wieder storniert werden, weil die Ware nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Nun darf ich auf meine Rückerstattung warten.
Für mich ein unseriöses Handeln.
Nie wieder...
