Sehr freundlich, es wird super erklärt, und was mir gefällt, Sie verkaufen dir nicht irgend etwas, sondern fragen was das alte Gerät hat, ob es vielleicht noch zu reparieren wäre. Wenn man mehr Sterne geben könnte, würden Sie viel mehr verdienen. ?????
 Super great, friendly staff. Was there twice now. Very friendly, it is well explained and what I like is that they are not selling you anything, but asking what the old device has, if it could possibly still be repaired. If you could give more stars you would earn a lot more. ?????
