★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja, Preise sind ok, Verfügbarkeit ebenfalls, aber das Personal leider wenig motiviert. Grüßen kann man nicht, Tragtaschen gibt es ebenfalls keine und man ist auch nicht interessiert eine Alternative zu finden (Karton oder ähnliches) Somit bin ich dann mit dem NAS und den einzelnen Festplatten so aus dem Laden gegangen. Werde hier nur wieder einkaufen, wenn es gar nicht mehr anders geht.
Well, prices are ok, so is availability, but unfortunately the staff is not very motivated. You can't say hello, there are also no carrying bags and you are not interested in finding an alternative (cardboard box or similar). So I left the store with the NAS and the individual hard drives. Will only go shopping here again if there is no other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Macbook pro for 2000eur. Firstly I wanted to pick it up and pay in their shop in Vienna, but they respond - it is not possible and I have to pay in advance. So then I decided to make a new order with delivery by post and pay via PayPal. After 1 week of waiting I called to the post and they said that the package was sent but !!!without address!!! So I contacted E-tec to tell the post my address, they said they will do...then I called the post again, they said they did not...and after few more phone calls and few more days of waiting I finally cancelled my order.
Then I ordered the same modell from another shop and it was delivered in 2 days without problems.
So that was my story with e-tec company and I still wonder how it is possible to send the package for 2000eur without address :D
