J	Jak Kra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein absoluter Wahnsinn. Vorab: Das Produkt ist toll. Ein guter Roller der Spaß macht zu fahren. Problem: Ich habe selten in meinem Leben so einen abnormal schelchten Kundenservice gesehen. Ich musste den Scooter 3 mal schon wegen einer Reperatur hinbringen und es wird jedes mal schlimmer. Es wird nicht abgehoben wenn man anruft, Man hat keine Ahnung wann es fertig wird etc. Das 3. mal als ich den Scooter dort hatte war er 3!! Monate bei der Reperatur, ich hab insgesamt 14 mal dort angerufen ohne das jemand abgehoben hat. Ich war 2 mal vor Ort weil ich wissen wollte was los ist. Als ich beim ersten mal dort war haben sie gesagt sie wissen nicht wo mein scooter ist und müssen ihn erst suchen. nach einer Woche wurde mir dann gesagt, dass sie ihn gefunden haben. Danach war er noch 2 Monate dort weil sie ihn nicht fertig reparieren konnten. Es ist wirklich schrecklich. Sehr schade einfach weil der Scooter toll ist, aber die Leute die diesen Laden betreiben einfach nur inkompetent sind. Hofft einfach das eurer Scooter nicht kaputt geht. Wenn ihr ihn aber zur Reperatur bringen müsst, rechnet damit dass ihr ihn 2 Monate nicht haben werdet. Absolute madness. First of all: The product is great. A good scooter that is fun to ride. Problem: Rarely in my life have I seen such abnormally poor customer service. I've had to bring the scooter in 3 times for repairs and it gets worse each time. It is not picked up when you call, you have no idea when it will be ready etc. The 3rd time I had the scooter there, it was 3!! Months in the repair, I called there a total of 14 times without anyone picking up. I was there twice because I wanted to know what was going on. When I was there the first time they said they didn't know where my scooter was and had to look for it first. after a week i was told that they found him. After that it was there for another 2 months because they couldn't finish repairing it. It's really terrible. It's a shame simply because the scooter is great, but the people who run this shop are just plain incompetent. Just hope your scooter doesn't break. But if you have to take it to be repaired, expect that you won't have it for 2 months.

They don't respond to my e-mails since December and the number seems to be disconnected. I brought my scooter for repair in the beginning of October. Now it has been more than 3 months and I don't know anything apart from an email reply from beginning of December, telling me that they are waiting for delivery of parts.
