★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr entäuscht, die drei Herren konnten nicht grüßen und von hilfsbereitschaft und freundlichkeit war nichts zu spüren. Dazu kommt noch das sich wohl keiner für seine Arbeit interessiert und sie sich nicht besonders gut auskennen. Vielleicht sind die anderen Mitarbeiter anders aber für mich war das der letzte Besuch.
 Unfortunately, very disappointed, the three gentlemen could not greet and there was no sign of helpfulness and friendliness. In addition, there is probably nobody interested in his work and they are not particularly knowledgeable. Maybe the other employees are different, but for me it was the last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schwierig! Online und vor Ort bekomme ich unterschiedliche Auskunft, doppelte Wege, Fehler passieren dem zwar freundlichen Mitarbeiter, es findet sich nach viel Ärger eine tragbare Lösung.
Difficult! Online and on-site I get different information, double paths, mistakes happen to the friendly employee, after a lot of trouble I find a portable solution.

Der Mitarbeiter, der Österreicher war, erwies sich als sachlich ,freundlich und kompetent und er half mir trotz Corona netterweise beim Überspielen meiner Daten und Whattsapp Kontakte auf das neue Handy, da ich das nicht selbstständig konnte. Komme gerne wieder. Nie wieder hingegen in den Shop im Shopping Nord.
I bought a new cell phone there. The employee, who was Austrian, turned out to be businesslike, friendly and competent and, despite Corona, he kindly helped me transfer my data and Whattsapp contacts to the new cell phone, as I couldn't do it myself. I would love to come back. But never again in the shop in Shopping Nord.

Friendly staff, but very bad internet considering they charge 30e for tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leidergottes ticken die Uhren in diesem Geschäft anders, 5 Minuten vor Geschäftsschluss ist der Rollladen schon halb zu. Unwilligkeit setz dem ganzen die Krone auf, wir sind unverichteter Dinge wieder gegangen- traurig dass man als Business Kunde so behandelt wird.
Unfortunately, the clocks tick differently in this shop, 5 minutes before closing time the shutters are halfway closed. Unwilling to top it all off, we left uneventful things - sad that you are treated like that as a business customer.
