★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht gerade freundlich...waren heute wir hatten das gefühl das sich die dame nicht wirklich auskannte als wir sagten wir überlegen es uns noch meinte sie schroff was etwa nicht passen würde.
Not exactly friendly ... were today we had the feeling that the lady did not really know when we said we thought it over yet she said harsh what would not fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zwar wenn bei Frau Umfarer wurde aber immer sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten. Mitarbeiter testen auch viele Hotels und tauschen sich dann aus was ich gut finde.
Was indeed when Mrs. Umfarer but always very friendly and competent advice. Employees also test many hotels and then exchange what I think is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben schon mehrere Pauschalreisen hier gebucht wie Ägypten, Dubai usw.
Frau Lueger bediente uns meistens und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich.
Es sollten aber Sitzplätze für wartende Kunden eingerichtet werden.
Ansonsten kann ich diese Filiale nur empfehlen.

Have already booked several package tours here such as Egypt, Dubai etc.
Ms. Lueger served us most of the time and was always very friendly and helpful.
However, seats should be set up for waiting customers.
Otherwise I can only recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich bei der Restplatzbörse bedanken.Durch die Pandemie konnten wir unsere reise nach Mallorca nicht antreten und ich hatte wirklich schon ein wenig bedenken wegen der anzahlung die wir ja schon im Jänner geleistet haben. Ohne langwierige Bürokratie,...3 Tage später hatten wir unser ganzes Geld am Konto,...ohne Muh und Mah. Hut ab und eines sei gewiss,....auch das nächste mal wird bei euch gebucht.
I would like to thank the remaining space exchange. Due to the pandemic we were unable to start our trip to Mallorca and I really had a little bit to think about because of the down payment we already made in January. Without lengthy bureaucracy, ... 3 days later we had all our money in our account, ... without Muh and Mah. Hats off and one thing is certain, ... next time you will also be booked.
