B	Ba mbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute wollte ich Corona Tests holen, hat die Dame dort mich darauf hingewiesen, dass solche Tests nicht mehr lieferbar seien. Darauf entgegnete ich ob ich diese vielleicht noch wo anders bekommen könnte, meinte sie mit Glück wenn jemand Restbestände hätte. Danach fragte ich höflich sie ob sie eine andere Lösung wüsste. Plötzlich lachte sie helmisch und entgegnete mir mit impfen lassen !!!! Ohne meine Krankengeschichte zu kennen oder ich schwanger sein könnte. Sehr unhöflich und vor allem inkompetent. Nie wieder Today I wanted to get corona tests, the lady there pointed out to me that such tests were no longer available. Then I replied if I could possibly get this somewhere else, she said with luck if someone had leftovers. Then I politely asked her if she knew of another solution. Suddenly she laughed like a helmet and replied with a vaccination !!!! Without knowing my medical history or I could be pregnant. Very rude and most of all incompetent. Never again
M	Magdalena Schlachter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte eine kleine Salbe Gegen Juckreiz kaufen.Woraufhin mir eine große Tube eines überteuerten Produktes ( 50 g für fast € 19.-) gezeigt und sofort in die Kasse eingescannt wurde, sodass ich nicht mehr stornieren konnte...und meinen Einwand eine billige hätte auch genügt wurde ignoriert...diese Apotheke sieht mich nie wieder I wanted to buy a small ointment against itching, so I got a large tube of an overpriced product (50 g for almost € 19.-) and was immediately scanned into the cash register so that I could no longer cancel ... and my objection a cheap one would have sufficed was ignored ... this pharmacy will never see me again
E	Elisabetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Apotheke war für mich Anlaufstelle der ersten Stunde in der SCS Seiersberg. Kompetente, immer freundliche Apotheker, an die man sich wenden konnte. Mit der Veränderung des Standortes (oberes Stockwerk) und der immer öfteren Abwesenheit der Inhaber, häufiger Personalwechsel inklusive, war diese Apotheke für mich nicht mehr die Nummer EINS. Nun hat Frau Mag. Nagele auch noch an einen Nachfolger übergeben, mit dem meine Erfahrungen in der Corona Krise nicht unbedingt erfreulich waren. Schade. For me, this pharmacy was the first point of contact at SCS Seiersberg. Competent, always friendly pharmacists to whom one could turn. With the change of location (upper floor) and Due to the frequent absence of the owners, including frequent staff changes, this pharmacy was no longer number ONE for me. Now Ms. Nagele has also handed over to a successor, with whom my experience in the Corona crisis was not necessarily positive. Too bad.
D	Dominik Nehmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne. Die 5 Sterne gebe ich wegen dem schnellen Service und vorallem wegen dem einen sehr netten Herren, beim Testen. Er hat eine sehr sympathische Art an sich mit Humor was zu der momentanen Zeit wirklich gebraucht wird. 5 Stars. I give the 5 stars because of the fast service and especially because of the very nice gentleman when testing. He has a very personable personality with a sense of humor which is really needed at the current time.
T	Theo Retisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war testen und wurde nicht gefragt, ob ich einen Antigen- oder PCR-Test machen wollte. Stattdessen wurden ungefragt beide gemacht. Außerdem sind einige Tester nicht gerade sanft. Und ständig wird einem etwas Teures aufgeschwatzt, und was man nicht braucht. Ich versuche nach Möglichkeit diese Apotheke in Zukunft zu meiden. I was tested and was not asked if I wanted an antigen or PCR test. Instead, both were made without being asked. Also, some testers aren't exactly gentle. And you're constantly being talked into something expensive and something you don't need. I will try to avoid this pharmacy in the future if possible.
J	Jessica Kletzenbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach mal Danke sagen :) Trotz der nicht vorhandenen Möglichkeit der Leute - weil sie es anscheinend in der Schule nicht gelernt haben -, sich in eine Reihe zu stellen und auf den Covid Testtermin zu warten, bleiben die Mitarbeiter cool und gelassen. Die Tester waren bis dato immer nett und vorsichtig. Danke für euren Einsatz ??? Just say thank you :) Despite the inability of people - because they apparently didn't learn it in school - to stand in line and wait for the Covid test date, the staff remain cool and composed. The testers have always been nice and careful. Thank you for your commitment ???
A	Adila Sadic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wurde ich immer sehr kompetent, höflich und schnell bedient, besonders von den Mädels dort, jedoch gibt es da auch einen Herren, der jedesmal ziemlich unhöflich und unprofessionell ist. Ich hoffe immer, dass ich ihn nicht erwische, jedoch habe ich das Glück meistens bei ihm zu landen. Heute zum Beispiel musste ich Gurgel-Tests abholen, da mein Mann Corona Positiv war und er meinte er sei nicht dafür zuständig und er kann mir da nicht weiterhelfen. Nach einpaar Minuten kam ich zurück mit der Bestätigung und als er mich sah und ich wieder dran war, drehte er sich einfach um und verschwand...Das Verhalten fand ich ziemlich kindisch und bei seinem Kollegen hat dann alles geklappt und ich habe die Tests ohne Probleme erhalten. Meistens ist dieser Herr angenervt oder versucht mir so viel wie möglich zu verkaufen. Die Apotheke an sich leistet ohne Zweifel sehr gute Arbeit, aber dieser Mann passt einfach nicht zum Rest des Teams! Actually, I was always served very competently, politely and quickly, especially by the girls there, but there is also one gentleman who is always quite rude and unprofessional. I always hope that I don't catch him, but I'm lucky enough to land with him most of the time. Today, for example, I had to pick up throat tests because my husband was corona positive and he said he wasn't responsible for it and he can't help me there. After a few minutes I came back with the confirmation and when he saw me and it was my turn again, he just turned around and disappeared...I found the behavior quite childish and then everything worked out with his colleague and I passed the tests without it get problems. Most of the time this gentleman is annoyed or tries to sell me as much as possible. The pharmacy itself is undoubtedly doing a great job but this man just doesn't fit in with the rest of the team!
